And no offence but YOU also know absolutely nothing about the situation so where does your 'no more than a few days' come from?
None of us know because Sony are being so secretive. I hope they update us again soon.
I'm sorry but people need to start getting some perspective. Medievil was a good game but it's not a 'major AAA franchise'. If it turned out to be that for PS3 I would be massively underwhelmed and so would most people.
I advise the PC version over the PS3. Not because the console itself sucks but EAs port of that game was below par (although still playable and not as bad as people would make out).
But the beauty of the source engine is that as it's 8 years old, any computer could run that stuff on high specs and it still looks lovely. Plus the whole thing is dead cheap on steam.
I wish everyone could club together and come up with a unified system. I personally prefer xbox achievements that cone with gamerscores but I know it'll never happen
I am bored of reading about psn being down and hackers. From now on I am reporting and bubbling down any pro hacking comments I see on here and I encourage others to do the same. In fact I'm so fed up with it I don't think I can tolerate people who hack for legit non-pirating reasons. Unfair I know but sorry guys, these other idiots are ruining it for everyone and this is coming from someone who hasn't needed psn the past few days.
Shame the single player looks like a load of crappy ut3 style arena matches. Multiplayer looks like a blast though
There's a reason why a lot of people still regards videogames as a kids thing and duke nukem was one of them 15 years ago. Games have moved on so much since then and whilst DNF might be quite fun I generally regard it as a backstep for the industry
No way chap. Bully was a good game but the story has been told. No real need to do a sequel
Why are so many of you talking about the ps3? Is it because you feel insecure a new console is coming that's more powerful?
This game is not called Socom 4 but Socom Special Forces please correct it
Both failures I might add.
Minor correction: PS3 is holding PC development back. Crysis 2 on 360 (the best looking console game ever confirmed by all the big names in the industry) proves it.
In all seriousness though before all you PS3 loving dicks steal imaginary bubbles, DICE are right but there havent been many games that have tested either hd console to the max so a new gen isn't really needed. PC gamers can carry on being pretentious pricks and deal with it as punishment for the piracy crime...
I imagine Crytek know what's more appropriate than you
This franchise was good but not great. I seriously don't know why everyone cares so much about games like this. Naughty Dog would be taking a step backwards if they revisited it IMO
There's no reason why SE couldn't remake this game for an xbox console so the title is perfectly accurate. Probably would never happen though
Might not be that more powerful than 360 but at least it'll get all the awesome multiplats that currently bypass the wii and make it a weaker proposition.
The combat was more or less the same as the first game, so I never really understood where the hack n' slash complaints came from.
The main problem with it was that you only have one city to visit and because of that, it gets a bir boring and doesn't feel epic enough. Also, because it's set on a different continent with entirely different characters, it feels like it's not really a continuation of what happened in the first game.
Wouldn't it be interesting if:
- Microsoft announce a new xbox at e3 this year
- Rockstar announce GTAV and it's a next-gen game
- Therefore exclusive to new Xbox and PC
Yes yes, very unlikely. But an interesting thought.
just figured I'd save you some money... buy the ps3 version which comes with a steamplay code to play on pc/mac. then trade in the ps3 version?
Look, none of us know the real reason so lets stop speculating until Sony gives us some answers.
Lets just all agree that Sony have taken it down for our own good and if it's been down this long then it must be serious.
