..reading the article... I could be okay.. he didn't mention taking the action adventure mechanics he meant become part of the cut scenes like in UC2 where you werent just limited to control during fights, but during large action sequences too.
Could add another dimension to FF... you never know. Big games like UC2 and GoW3 do this and look at the success of those games, if FF use...

BF2 has been a blast I forgot shooters could be fun. MAG and BF2 is all I need, activision can do what they want with cod, I'll know how good IW is cuz of cod 1,2,4, everything after that I blame activision.

All 3 started out as GREAT games, now I can't be bothered to touch 1
Looks kinda neat. I don't think the fact that it looks like the same old is a bad thing, halo multiplayer is actually quite fun and Bungie is pretty good with the extra features as well.
However, I'm a bit dissapointed in the video, adding things like loadouts? really? I'm really starting to miss the days when guns were strategically placed on the maps. Jetpacks? really? seems more like Halo meets red faction.

These guys know where it's at and I'm pretty stoked, you know they arent done with gaming.. the COD franchise took some pretty large jumps when they were in charge (1,2,4) all the rest.... yeah...

Honestly though, the game in MOTION looks so much better than these screens, the still shots don't do it any justice, theres just no AA but in motion the particle effects do a pretty good job of covering it up and look great on both consoles.
I was leaning more towards the ps3 version... I just couldnt get used to the poor textures / criss cross patterns in the bushes on the xbox.
Very few games these days make me actually laugh from excitement they're so good.
KZ2 did. UC2 did and GOW3 did. I was literally laughing during some of the sequences where it scales out SO FKING FAR and you're still controlling kratos.
IMO to the people that say this isn't bringing anything new to the table... stuff like this is definately something new and while gameplay elements are similar, controls are similar (which is good) the entire scale and action sequence...
