MS has a cell phone division. Cortana came to that first. It was only after consumers wanted it on consoles that they brought it to console. Which no other consoles have. Somewhat innovative there.
So if one company makes voice commands for something no other company can use voice commands in anythng? Samsung did it now MS is doing it. All of which have cell phones. You would be hard pressed to find a company that hasn't copied something from another. These are general things people want on their devices. Phones, consoles, computers and just about any consumer electronic device.

I have a feeling this will get a 2018 release. Mostly because they have their engine down and are just adding things to it. They have 2 times the developer people on board. So I expect to see a trailer and maybe some game play at E3 2017. We have to keep in mind they have been working on this along side of the Witcher 3 for a couple years now. So it's not impossible to see it 2018 or sooner.
I'm fairly sure there is a lot more they cannot talk about right now. It's a long ways away from release.

You learn as you go and if you don't know you learn or pay someone to teach you or do it for you. There are plenty of people you can pay to make you one or just ask a PC friend to help you. So weird to me that people don't appreciate old games anymore. I own a pc that's more powerful than both my PS4 and my XB1 combined and I'll still play the original doom, wolfenstein, turok and many old games on it all the time. You do realize that the majority of consoles gamers predominately play AAA multiplat games right? That doesn't mean they don't play exclusives but most of them play multiplat games. Otherwise exclusives would be selling 20 to 40 million copies. Up to the amount of consoles sold to each respective console.
