As always these games are more about fluidity and reaction than pretty pictures. There is a lot more going on than one might think. So I'm OK with it being sub 1080p as long as the game is fluid. That's more important to most people I would think.

Wouldn't it make more sense for them to only make their exclusives for Win 10/xbox/window devices? With an option to buy 3rd party titles on their store or steam? Dreamcast would have to be my favorite console of all time. With the TurboGrafx 16 a close second. It was the first console I ever saved up for on pre order. DC launched with over 100 games as I recall because it had launched a year prior in Japan. It was the most unique console I had ever played on. People have been talking about how the Xbox is gonna disappear for years. So when is it leaving? Next year? The following year? 5 years? People keep on saying it's all a huge disaster and that everyone hates it but yet MS is putting out 2 new consoles for consumers to purchase. Doe...
You act like there aren't any players playing the game anywhere else and all other platforms are begging for people to play with them like a Crack addict. All platforms have players and they can survive without your charming company.
The reason this is such a big deal is because if this game helps make it happen then it could happen with a lot of games. It essentially could open the flood gates for games that are not as popular as RL. Which is a good thing for MP games...
This would be a positive move for gamers and developers. Since it helps keep online games full. Let's not pretend that it's a barren wasteland for players on one side and a packed house in every game on the other. It's for all gamers to keep MP games going. So it shouldn't matter who started it or who opposes it as long as it happens for the gamers and developers to keep online games alive.
Maybe they felt like the PS community wasn't too thrilled about a PS version of it. So they didn't go all out. Except the extra dlc. A lot PS fans said they werent gonna buy it so... who knows.
Sounds like (to me) you are making generalizations about an entire group of people who happen to not hate xbox. Then throwing out numerous failings to back up these generalizations. You are making assumptions of this articles assumptions and throwing in your typical brand of anti Xbox sentiment you always give.
