BTW they tease about a character that will be in the game at the end of the newest trailer. I think this is the one they hint at. He kind of looks like a Shaman.

Looking forward to this, but I am getting my fix with "Dead By Daylight" first as that comes out in June. Should get me by till this launches. They both look pretty great. Looking forward to being a killer/jason and a victim/survivor.
I played the Demo and plan to pick up the rest. It's actually pretty good. Takes some patience and some quick movement sometimes.
Just started the 2nd one. Trying to beat all 3 at least on normal if not more to get ready for part 4.

I'm pretty sure this is for VR not any extra nail in the Xbox ones supposed coffin. The date coincides with the release date of PSVR.I'm sure Sony knows most people will buy anything they throw at them almost. Ill probably end up getting one if I buy into PSVR.
Still it's pretty funny watching everyone jump to support another superior console 3 years after the other superior console released. Sony is gonna make a ton off everybody.
I'm pretty sure everyone who was in the comments talking of superiority or inferiority for resolution and frames is gonna pick up the Neo and or Smith. Just makes sense. If any console could do it Sony would be the one and MS isn't gonna just wait it out. So it may just be 3 yr or 5yr cycles. If the rumors are true. My guess is Neo will hit first and maybe the smith 2nd?
Well and perhaps this is also why Phil mentioned he did not like slight iterations, so perhaps we are gonna see upgradable consoles? It might not even be set 3 yr iterations. For all we know both these consoles will now be upgradable. At least from one of them.

Yeah they were using a new engine when that released. It was definitely visually pleasing. It was intense I enjoyed it. A little frustrating sometimes too. Can't wait to jump in again.

Yeah I vaguely remember some complaints but now I hear mostly positive from people about it. It was definitely different from the original. Wayyyyyy more so than this game is seemingly. I'm looking forward to jumping back in and so are a lot of my frienda. So works out for me. Haha.

I love how because I enjoyed the beta that I'm lumped into a clueless category of gamers who enjoy all the boring generic shooters. I've been a gamer for over 3 decades. Now suddenly I don't know what a good game is and I only follow the herd. Wtf.
I guess the doom surrounding Doom is expected. These stupid DOOM Doom articles are getting old really quick. Basing their entire opinion on 1/20th of the entire game.
Were people this upset with Doom 3? I can't remember. This one seems closer to the original than 3 was.
It's weird. I was only really looking forward to the campaign. Then I played the alpha, closed beta and open beta MP. I'm now excited for both. Not only did I enjoy the MP but ever since I played it. Everything else feels slow and boring in comparison. It seems that only the PC crowd is disappointed. Which sucks to hear but I guess when you have access to tons...
I'm fairly positive the consoles don't pay for the games unless they are exclusive. All these companies do is open their doors to sell in their market for a percentage.

Yeah Insomniac didn't have any control of how they made the game. MS forced them at gunpoint to make it like it is. That's why insomniac wanted to own the IP instead of MS because they didn't make or enjoy the game.

Not sure I like the rotation business but I guess it's nice they aren't excluding non dlc buyers. They need to just offer a month or two advance for dlc buyers and let the public use them after that free. Charge less initially for dlc and people will buy it who are ultra fans. Rainbow six siege does this but they are slow about adding stuff. That way online pop doesn't plummet and people who buy DLC don't suffer not having enough people to play with.
