This picture brings a tear to my little gamer eye. Take a moment and soak this in guys.
"MIND BLOWING" Article Title.
Everyone was putting Titanfall down calling it COD with mechs. Saying it's not original, but this game does seem like a pretty big nod to Borderlands. Not trying to put it down. I have huge hopes too.
I am a bit worried myself. I am still hoping for it though. It does feel a bit dry... :/
My main concern is what servers are they going to be using for this game. Is Bungie renting their own dedicated servers out for each platform? Are they doing Listen servers (peer 2 peer)?
Just seems to be a game that has a lot of online stuff going on. I am curious about these things.
Online for each console is different. You may not know it but you would have to own both to fully grasp it. It is a different experience and that is not just opinion. So while it may look better on one console it may perform differently as far as online is concerned. These things make a difference for mp gamers.
Cloud computing has been used for a lot of things and its being used currently for gaming on xb1. Ps now in all fairness needs some work. This coming from my friends ...
Well I guess that's it. Trading in all my past gen consoles and current gen consoles for that $3,000 GPU. Bye Bye Dreamcast bye bye n64.:D
How many people own xboxs though? Not as many so of course the ps4 is gonna sell more. I bet those numbers increase when halo games come out. Can't play those anywhere else.
At first I was like... DEAR GOD... NOT the song in the first Town you visit in Bound By Flame! The one with the annoying flute. I couldn't wait to get out of that town! IT was driving me insane!!
However, you chose the great song instead. Thank you. haha
Yeah that was a ridiculous article. If you subscribe to an online service that someone downloads the 'free' games from, then don't you have to be online to get those games from it online. I guess for those that like to travel with their consoles regularly it's a bummer but I can't imagine that many people without the ability to connect online if you pay for the online service to begin with.
@strifeblade
You said.
" I guess both services have become equally worse, absolutely no discernable difference now."
I have to disagree. While I like both services they are way different. People keep praising the obvious reasons for the service but never think about the other great reasons you pay for Ps+ or even more so XBL.
While Ps+ has been doing the free game thing (which is awesome) XBL has been stock piling...
Yeah that sounds about right. I own a copy already but got it on a steam sale.
I think it's BS that MS is pushing Win8 so much. I don't want it. I don't like it. The drivers I have for my work don't ALL work on it either. I hate when they do this crap. I spend years waiting on stuff because they won't allow it.
Yeah I wonder if uncharted will be the next Watch Dogs with graphics. Hopefully they don't shoot themselves in the foot by making it look better early on and under deliver later.
Watched most of all the game play and this looks like a pretty cool game. Similar to Rust. I may pick it up to play and give feedback.
Now if Xbox would allow LARGER Gigs of external support on 360 then we would be set. I have run out of room on my external because on the 360 you only get 32gbs of extra support. If they opened that up a bit I would have more room.
Come on man. Yes We all win, but it was a business strategy. XBL was selling their service which included free chat with a silver membership even. They were putting all that money into the servers to keep XBL chugging along. PSN did it free and everyone raved about that until they realized you get what you pay for. So to undercut the competition and still make money for their own servers (they still need)they offered free games with the PS+ service. Which I can almost guarantee you that they ...
I'll give it a whirl. Why not, I already purchased the entire season pass. I just have not been playing it as much.
This was a really great read. It's good to hear some positive use out of the Kinect. It's true they are using the Kinect in labs around the world to help them do a myriad of tasks. Not just a gimmicky thing. I plan on supporting the kinect games that come out anyway. It's good to hear that this helped someone overcome their mobility hurdles for less. My GF uses it to work out with already and soon I will be too.
Even in a positive article people still can't refrain from arguing and disagrees.. gamers...
