I am pretty happy with both. So.. I am sure I will get a bunch of disagrees because it's cool to be all fanboyish now, but I don't feel limited. Where last gen I did.
Now I am multi/cross platter. Couldn't be happier about the decision.

I am not a little kid. I know how things work. I am old enough that I have been playing games for more than 30 years now.
However, you can't just blame "slow internet dragging an entire MP game down" on everyone. While you may have the OPTION of choosing which speed you get, others get bandwidth caps and slower connections because of their ISP. This isn't an online MP game anyhow. I wish more people had better options but they do...
I really hope that whomever puts their hands on it, takes the time to really make something of value. I think the long term fans of this series really deserve a stand out game. It's been a long while now. Hopefully the game is in good hands and maybe they will deliver a fresh approach to it.
Not sure what the time line on such a project is. I expect to see a long beta delay for the game that's for sure..
People are looking at this entirely different than it needs to be. We are counting our winner too early on. People have preferences and it's not all about mimicking the supposed current leader. They both differ in experience greatly. They need to focus on their strong points and show them to people. Explain it even.
You have to be somewhat understanding about the situation. It's not like pressing a license plate. This is complex code that is running on numerous platforms. Patches are best for the game in the end.
That's the world we live in now. It's easier to work on the patch than hold back production like they did in the old days. It's multitasking. Still I feel bad for those with super slow internet or bandwidth caps. That's a big pain in the ass. I am buying a disc for this one.
As much as you wish and pray at night for people to lose their jobs. Xbox is not going anywhere. It may Change hands at some point, but don't be so hateful. You act like MS stole your child. It's a gaming company that generates Developers MORE money to make MORE games. To simply cut that short would be to take away from developers for a long while. That's not smart.
Even though WE may like PS4. Doesn't mean EVERYONE does. So they may just choose to not get on...

I think what people keep forgetting is that they promised to add a bunch of other things throughout the course of the game for free too. Although I am a bit perplexed that the "decals for titans" didn't launch with this DLC. Which makes me wonder what they are doing with it.
