Why do you have inside knowledge of the launch dates?
Perfect Dark - The Iniative have been at work on the title for around 2 years, and PD was teased a year ago.
Avowed - Obsidians last major release (the outer worlds) launched in 2019, and have only released grounded since, so have been at work on Avowed for probably around 2 years.
More than plausible that both could be shown this year.
Edit : bare in mind, it too...
You mean where they explain the drops to 55fps are due to the Series X having a higher resolution than PS5?
But your right, no biggie...
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but this reads as extreme.
"What a great time to be a fan of ray tracing! Whatever that is. I couldn’t tell you what ray tracing is if my life depended on it."
That is all i needed to read, in order to form an accurate representation of the gaming intelligence of the author.
Maybe they are salty they have not managed to secure a PS5 yet?
"game pass increases player base it does not help with sales."
You can buy the game via gamepass at a discount buddy....
"but much like a toddler repeats a curse word, the bots picked up some naughty habits as well, like teabagging an opposing corpse."
I'm sold, this would be the funniest scene ever, getting T-bagged by a AI bot lol.
What Strauss said about subscription services (did not specify gamepass), is that NEW DAY 1 games do not make sense for Take Two, but it will make perfect sense for other developers/publishers. As Take two have games as big as GTA, why would it make sense to tie that into a sub service on Day 1?
"subscription services make sense of catalog games but not new ones."
This quote was conveniently missed out of the above article, here is the gamespot ...
"Oh no its those evil "Sony supporters" making predictions again. Are they really Sony supporters or is that just what you label people when they say something you dont like?"
No, they are known Sony fans, you or anyone can go through my history if you like, all you will find is praise for Sony on their controller, and design of the PS5, praise for Switch in regards to sales figures years after launch, and praise for Xbox with their direction of the game...
@Futureshark
"Don't forget to go to the toilet first otherwise you'll cancel out that time saving efficiency!"
I just go in my adult diaper, lmao, who uses a toilet?
Well yes there is, because it reduces loading times to practically zero, without the need for having to save the game, and then go through all the menu's to load the game once you want to play again.
Believe it or not, it is a great feature that is used every time i turn my xbox on and play a game.
"Not much point have a 'quick resume' if you come back to it weeks later is there."
What if you do not play every day,...
It is not so much about playing multiple games at once. For me, i can just suspend the game, and come back to it weeks later, quick resume works with external HDD's, and upto 5 games simultaneously.
Here here, the wait will not be as long as some people on here are predicting.
I refute your "knee-jerk" claims wholeheartedly, and i offer you the chance to provide evidence of said claim.
As for a reflection of N4G, just look at this comments section, full of known Sony supporters attempting to push Microsoft 1st party in to next-gen, which, predicitions or not, is absolute horse s***.
lol @ people trying to paint this as a game launch day.
It is a technical test, which will include stress testing servers, which you basically try to break your own servers, in order to be able to improve stability for launch day.
"A stress test is a test designed to increase the number of simultaneous requests on a system past a point where performance is degraded, possibly even to the point of complete failure."
If you believe that, then your going to be massively disappointed.
No, my last statement was an accurate reflection of N4G.
So, after all the hype of Xbox 1st party now, our next release after starfield is what? 3 years away? I may have also made predictions, but mine are more in line with the current narrative of xbox this gen, as opposed to pencilling in release dates for next gen.
FYI, the lol'ing at some "predicted" releases in the comments, are things like 2030 for ES6, it was teased 3 years ago, absol...
@oldenjon
"and lack of commitment to diversity, quality, ideas and customers."
Come off it fella, they have
1) released a controller for special needs gamers
2) all games are available across multiple platforms
3) have a more diverse genre lineup than any opposition
"At this point I don't see them as underdogs at all more like entitled and too big to fail."

"2. Why only digital...series s and x are essentially 2 completely different consoles. They should both have a digital and physical disc option. Why not? Because the 300$ is meant to entice gamers towards a digital only future and grab them by the balls with gamepass.
As I said. An insult and anticonsumer."
Nah, a digital console is nowhere near anti-consumer, that would make the steam handheld, and the PS5DE als...
lol at some of these "predicted" releases in the comments, here is what i think.
Starfield fall 2022 (confirmed)
Avowed most probably mid-fall 2022
ES6 and Fable are being made by 2 completely different studios, so i do not see why people are assuming ES6 is 5-6 years away?
Fable early 2023
ES6 fall 2023-mid 2024
Will be funny the knee-jerk reactions i get from this lol
I'm not sure why the disagrees, probably because people can not fathom, that a game of the year title can be created in 4 years?
Uncharted 2 launched in 2009, TLOU development started shortly after, and launched in 2013, i mean, i am not good at math, but that is surely a 4 year maximum development time?
Or is it because of the timescales given about the studios?
The initiative was created (not purchased) in 2018, and in 2018, a per...
