This could point to the "exclusive" announcement due from xbox at TGS 2021.

And i mean the detailed graphics settings comparison, like this article is implying Xbox is "withholding" from everyone, video and fps comparison does not count as a settings comparison.

Do you have an example of Digital foundrys history of a console vs PC graphics comparison? You must have some right if they have been comparing for years right?

@Thundercat77

So what your saying is if PS5 Pro, and Xbox Series X Pro are released in 4 years they are classed as "next-gen"?

This is using your analogy of "Switch is not next Gen. It was released 4 years before current next Gen consoles."

So if a console releases 4 years + after PS5 and Xbox Series we are entering a new gen? good to know.....

@Abnor_Mal

The trigger lock, is a feature of the dualsense controller, not the game mechanics.

Why would they need to change/remove anything?

@Onilink

I never said the heatsink was not warmer, i said the components, meaning CPU/GPU/SSD etc are operating at the same thermal range, whatever that may be inside the console.

The heatsink/pipes and other components of the cooling system, will be more efficient in extracting the heat generated by the components, resulting in the exhaust/hsink/pipes being warmer.

And "illusion" means something that is not really there, in o...

Just my name lol.

The components are not getting warmer, the design is just expelling the heat from the console quicker.

But even if it was the case, i seriously doubt this will cause any performance/overheating issues, so expect this subject to be closed by the end of the week.

Next year that announcement, 2023 launch. I kid i kid....

There will be an announcement in the next 2 or 3 years, but these will simply be SSD increases etc, but CPU/GPU will remain the same.

You my friend, you understand.

On PC and eventually in 2022 Xbox, the gun jamming "event" will still be in the game, they will just adapt the feel to whatever controller is being used, so Dualsense will lock the trigger, xbox may vibrate the trigger (yes, xbox controllers have haptics in the triggers (called impulse triggers) and have done since the xbox one before i get the backlash of doom)

"What's going to happen with the trigger lock/gun jamming feature when the game goes to other platforms in a year."

Nothing, the guns will still jam, you just will not get the locking of the trigger.

It's quite simple :-

1) PS5 components operate at the same thermal range.
2) Difference in cooling solution extracts heat from components at a faster rate, giving the illusion the console is "warmer"

@Aphelion82

"How would like if a YouTuber made a false video about Xbox Series X exploding or giving smoke due to heat issues?"

Lol, they did, remember all the videos with the cases of the Series X suffering an inevitable failure (this happens with every single electronic device on earth), which in turn spurned all the "series x is overheating" articles?

Short memory some people, but i'll refresh :-

@TheLordOfStuff

Ok, lets start from the top, lelo2play stated "it was a very bad deal by Microsoft."

I simply stated factual information, of Microsoft's net worth.

Calm down bruv.

The rest of your comment about how much money the Xbox division receives as a budget, has absolutely nothing to do with what me and lelo were saying.

Nowhere did i say, i was under the impression xbox receiv...

100 million dollars is the pocket money bill gives to his kids each week, would not even make a smudge on Microsoft's financial report.

As of August 2021, their net worth is 2.2 trillion dollars

Bill's 1 % stake is work over 25 billion lol

Starfield has a concrete release date, as for GT7 and God of war, i do not even think they have a window as of yet.

The devs have said they plan to ship Wukong "by" 2023, which points to a potential 2022 release.

"GP publicity number 98.765 of the month"

On an Xbox tab, why wouldn't it be advertised? I could understand your gears being grinded if PS4 or PS5 was tagged in these articles, but it isn't....

@IRetrouk
