It is patented (think it is the adaptive triggers, not haptic/force feedback, and the way they have put it all together), but Microsoft can implement a different method to get similar results.
That is the only way to kind of "copy" tech. Either that or become licensed to use the patent, which will probably be the easier option for Microsoft.
Which is just a baby version of the duke lol
No Mike,
I disagree, the DS5 is not overrated, that is proven by being the most sold peripheral of the current generation.
Yeah i understand the tags, just needs a few more adding.
On topic, i hope MS adapt the controller to implement something similar, i can't see it though.
It's just all about opinion, some gamers just like to run through a campaign in a few hours.
Me personally, i like my big open world games with constant content, but i also enjoy shorter games. I play a bit of everything really lol. Never played God of War, but i have only heard good things about it so sounds like its a solid game.
Agree completely, the Series X pad is just an xbox one controller with a share button.
Why no PS5 tag when this is an article about Dualsense? Instead we have a Series X tag and Gears 5?
(I would have created a report but i cant lol)
Games that are full price should not have MT's in my opinion, only free to play games like mmorpg's to support the developers.
Games that have MT's in a full priced game is just the developers/publishers suffering from greed, and is a practice i despise.
Give me paid DLC, expansions like the old days over microtransactions any day.
Yeah but if you get bored, then you stop playing right?
Like i said a game is only as long as you play it for.
Is Neverwinter too long? I have been playing that for 7 years.
A game is only as long as you play it for.
It was the console to have back in the day the 2600 lol.
When i lived with my 2 bro's we had the best of everything, youngest had playstation 1 and 2, older had n64/gamecube/dreamcast, so i went with original xbox.
I can't wait for what the games have in store for us over the next 1-2 years, truly going to look amazing.
A game is never "too long".
It defies logic doesn't it lol.
I think the target platforms were PS4 Pro/Xbox One X, and they just did not test base consoles enough.
Base xbox one was most of the time sub 1080p, then the one X was sub 4K, and gamers expected a sub 1080p console to run a game that was mostly targeting the next gen crossover, it's laughable really.
I think this will make most dev's making games for the base consoles to think twice (or exten...
+1 I'm buying it tonight when i get home
@patriz420
So CDPR still made money off you, regardless of whether you got a full refund. The interest on their bank account from the 13 million copies sold, will surely overshadow your "joke".
Who do you think is laughing harder? you or CDPR?
What do you work the interest on £650 million at?
That.... looks...brutal....
Don't get me wrong, i like horror games and movies, but this looks like a game on how to train yourself to be a killer.
@Isarai
"And plesse stop with the PSNow comparison, streaming is nowhere near the same experience as running it off hardware."
Never said it was nor compared the 2?
I was asking a valid question, as i own a PC/PS4 and xbox one, would it not make more sense, to sell all consoles and just game on PC?
Just be happy with whatever hardware you own, it is ok to own a PC and an xbox, and in no way is it ever "...
My PC struggles to run Civilisation 5 lol and that's from 2010.
My PC is used for strategy games mainly (there is a severe shortage of these on console imo). I'm a fan of MS exclusives, so for me xbox is the reasonable choice (plus all my friends are on xbox). What i would give to be able to afford all consoles lol.
I really like the look of Horizon 2, (although i am yet to play the 1st one), so if i like the look of a few more Sony exclusives i ...
Oh i agree, he may be torn between which one to get due to many factors.
His decision may not lie with what will result in the most games playable.
I'm guessing if he wanted to play all the games then PC + PS5 combo would be the way to go. I disagree with statements that dictate that because someone owns a PC, then there is no reason to get an xbox.
The PC gaming crowd that play xbox games is minimalistic at best. The majority, i wo...
Ballmer???
He has not been at Microsoft since 2014
