likewise Remote play with PS3 was actually shown before the Wii U was shown. So Nintendo actually copied Sony, Nintendo just made a crap job of it as it so limited, Vita is play everywhere.
Also PS4/Vita remote play is done in PS4 hardware not software, so the majority of PS4 games will be playable on the Vita.
PS4 buttons can be remapped to PSVita buttons problem solved

On closed consoles systems like consoles all resources get used, thats the point of having all consoles with exactly they same specs. You can make your game use all resources all of the time.
@Heartnet - Artists & 3d models will already be done for PC, so reusing PC assets for consoles will save time/costs etc not increase costs.

4K TV's upscale madia to 4K inc games, so Nex gen will be able to game at 4K(just upscaled).
JunioRS101 - Driveclub devs have put ther input into creating the PS4 hardware. Sony devs will have had PS4 devkits longer than others.
As a PS+ Acc Holder, Sony gave away most of them for free months ago. Have quite a few PSVita games, just no PSVita just yet.
