Simple Sony just bundles PSEYE with a game that uses PSEYE well and it will sell tons.

@MiHX2 - Funny you say Kinect don't need 60 FPS, yet my eyes detect that kinect lags alot using only 30FPS.
So it is clearly needed yet not capable of above 30FPS....LOL

Consoles will upscale to 4k on a suitable 4K HDTV.
4k HDTV's upscale exsisting media to 4k thru hardware scaling.
They forgot PSEYE is 60FPS, yet Kinect 2 is still crappy 30FPS.
