X1 will barely hit 102GB/s. Where as PS4 will hit 176GB/s due to it's GDDR5/effient design.
More bullshit, PS4 was designed to take care of GDDR5 LATENCY, it's not an issue due to the customization Sony made. Also as for audio, PS4 has a custom audio block for that, freeing CPU cycles.

Your under estimating the power of the 'Playstation brand'. Just like a year - year & half head start for 360 over PS3 meant nothing to MS.
Sony fought back and over took MS.
Having a lead, could be all Sony needs to run away with NEXGEN from the start, not too mention the advantage PS4 will have once in Europe(out in more countries(31 compared to 13 PAYBOX ONE(OUCH))
