No it doesn't. As of today the android platform does not have a fully functioning NDS emulator, psp emulator dream cast or Sega Saturn emulator. Also ps2 and game cube emulators are not even in development for the platform. Another problem is that even though emulators are usually free, on the android platform you have to pay for the good ones which sucks. The most you will get out of this platform on the emulators is the ability to play ps1, n64, snes, gbc, gba and nes games. Ones again ...
I disagree that development cost will skyrocket next gen because the incoming consoles are easier to develop for so less is spent on R&D. Also unreal engine 4 was designed to cut development cost by eliminating the time taken to get specific functions working in a game where the engine has now made those functions built in and more accessible.
Users will be better off building gaming PC's or buying a console or handheld with that kind of investment. Also there is no way a device carrying that much power will have good battery life.

I don't think Sony should have allowed this game to go on so long in development. Imagine if it finally comes out after being in development for 6+ years from the same team and it flops both commercially and in the reviews. It would be like they had wasted 6+ years of their lives. What would that do for Team ICO's morale.
The only people who would call DMC a terrible game are the ones that did not even play it. The scores are well deserved and Ninja theory did the best job they could have done with it. This Capcom hate is starting to get out of hand because it is the hard working developers that get caught in the crossfire.

this is false because i have been able to install the same pc game on multiple PCs using the same serial code but depending on the license, i could not access multiplayer features if both are running at the same time.
Your the first person I've seen that prefers dmc4's gameplay to dmc3 since that was 3's selling point. In your rankings why did you put dmc3 over the other dmc games if it wasn't for the gameplay because i know it couldn't be for the story.

The DmC reboot is better than the previous DMC games in almost every category. It has better music, Better level design, better story, more enemy types than any other dmc game(new one almost every mission), better controls where you can easily switch between all your weapons in mid combo, No fixed camera so no more awkward level traversing, more believable main character and no more Dante trying too hard to be cool. The main reasons the wii sold like as well as it did was because the competition was much more expensive and unlike the previous generation, the competitors chose to ignore the kids, casuals and newcomers in favor of a more mature audience. Those markets were starved for attention and the wii came in and absorbed most of it.
if lawsuits were to happen, they would have to sue google or the ones who made the drivers for those controllers because those 2 controllers work with nearly every android device.
the game cube failed because it had very bad third party support. Ports game much later than the ps2 counterpart for some games and key franchises like gta did not come at all. No serious gamer really hated the game cube because it had some amazing games on it.

its really amazing that these guys would stoop so low as to try to being a game that they haven't even played for some stupid reason. When will people stop doing this.
After reading this blog I have still yet to see why the ps3 pulling ahead of the 360 at the end of this generation matters. Its 5 years too late IMO. If this happened earlier, developers would have paid more attention to the ps3 version of multi platform titles and we might have seen them try to create some naughty dog level quality games since the cost benefit would have been there.
is anyone else disappointed by the graphics of this game? It looks like black and white 2.5. This looks borderline DS and I'm sure the 3DS is more powerful that this.
The only thing holding back the PC graphically is the budget the developers have to work with because there are some games that are being released now that doesn't take full advantage of the console hardware. Also very few PC exclusives are being released that raises the bar graphically.
If Sony plans on talking about the vita, use no more than 15 minutes. Your launching a new console and Nintendo and Microsoft will be using E3 to make a comeback. Please make the show an exiting one. Leave all the boring stuff out of the show and put them in a video on PSblog. Just tell us cross game chat is coming and shower us with games. Preferably I'd like to see games made from the deep down engine and square enix Luminous engine.
