and Anthem
they've confirmed you can turn them off, adjust the size, opacity etc.

Kinect was a peripheral that was a nice idea but had no killer app and was overall still kind of clunky to use.
Crossplay is actually very useful and pro consumer. For those who don't have every console but would still like to play with their friends in games that support it, cross play is great.
Your cross play/ kincect comment was a reach.
you're in for quite a treat.
Underrated comment
Only Battle Royale
Link where the devs said this?
As does Anthem.
Which other game allows the same freedom and verticality in flight as Anthem? Which other game allows you to seamlessly go from flight to swimming under water?
Not Destiny
Not Warframe, which people keep calling this a ripoff of.
Why does becoming a first party studio = selling their souls?
It's called just doing what they want.
Except
Forza Horizon 4
Halo Infinite
Gears 5
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
Sessions
We Happy Few

Not everyone just wants to play Fornite. Me and many other gamers welcome a game like this if it’s good.
Crash Bandicoot (PS1) when I was around 4 or 5 years old. Spyro The Dragon 1&2, also Shenmue on the DreamCast
Try playing the previous games if you want to know what the combat is like.
You sound like you haven’t even played the game or aren’t very good at it. You won’t make it very far in the combat just standing in the same spot “hacking and whacking.” Especially as the game starts throwing more enemies at you, and definitely not against bosses.
The Wolf Among Us from them is also very good, I like it more than TWD Season 1 though that was awesome
Will this game be next gen most likely? I’m not familiar with how how often CD Project Red releases games
Very true, it wouldn’t be N4G without articles like this.
No it's not too late. Next question.
I'm not sure about most but when I hear "sim" I think of a game strictly trying to "simulate" life with no unique art direction or narrative with memorable characters etc.
Yes RDR2 is open world but describing it as another "open world sim" doesn't really tell the whole story
