Oddworld Abe's Exoddus or Crash Team Racing. Glorious PS1 childhood memories.
Fantastic work from somebody who is clearly dedicated to their project. Hopefully it isn't lost as that would be a shame for the (admittedly small amount of) other players who might wander across it.
I'm sure there could be a plot point to explain it, and I'm amped to play this to say the least, but I wonder if it'll be like MGSV: beautiful scenery but only enemies, no NPCs to increase the world's immersive appeal.
Either way I'm sure it'll be an experience to say the least.
They pulled something similar with Uncharted 4 with the possibility of Nate not surviving the story. I'm skeptical they'll do something like that but hey, you never know.
Man I remember a time that people legitimately cared about this. I'm sure some still do, but the majority seems to have moved on now.
If it follows the Arkham series or Spiderman in terms of quality, gameplay or general superhero then I'm sure it'd be a good game at the very least. It'll probably sell well on name/ franchise alone.
It was worth it with Resident Evil, Job Simulator, Rez, Beat Saber and getting to be a Morty, but each to their own I guess.
Utter crap.
Cool
RE7 in VR is still the absolute best experience I've ever had. Not necessarily the best game, but nothing captured me the way that the Baker Estate did when I was living inside it's world.
INSIDE is a downright modern classic indie game. Anyone who enjoyed LIMBO should give that a try. Hotline Miami is another great one, Firewatch, Gone Home. Not necessarily exclusives, just great independent
games that people like myself could miss when they naturally steer towards the mainstream releases.
That said, I'm a physical release gamer myself. I'd like to have something to show for these 20+ years 'wasted' playing games (girlfriend's ...
He lost me the second he wrote 'tho'. -_-
Couldn't agree more. It's a great thrill to see random new challengers appear after a few battles.
The ending was always going to be somewhat disappointing, the true adventure and magic of the game comes through the smaller encounters that bring the world to life. Although not a terrible story by any stretch, the main quest line came up short, in my opinion, next to the more engaging side quests, but it was interesting to see the plot of the books extend into the video game universe The DLC ended the story on a much better note, particularly Blood and Wine.
The game wa...
If they only showed Last of Us Part II, I would still go away a happy man.
I'd argue anybody who plays video games on a consistent basis has the right to write a review. Whether others agree with the score is irrelevant, and why we place so much importance on others rating a, generally popular, game highly has always seemed an odd concept.
That said, just because anybody should be able to review a game doesn't mean that it holds much weight amongst the gaming community if they haven't gained respect for well thought out and logical rev...
The idea of a portable version of Dark Souls vs. a true HD remaster on PS4. I'm genuinely struggling to decide which is the better option.
Hunt beats them both, hands down. Even with a single map and a smaller battle royale style, it beats them both.
Get out of here with your logic! It has no place here ;)
Sony is already the God of War...
