Whilst I completely get those who would feel the exact opposite, I loved Death Stranding and was captivated by it. I hope there is never a sequel, and it is allowed to stand alone as the undeniably unique game that it is.
Or Hitman...
Up until Revelations the series kept its roots. Maybe even with 3, though I wasn't keen on it. Black Flag wasn't really assassins, but it was a brilliant and fun pirate game. After that the series lost me. I'm sure some of them are great too.
I'm really enjoying it. Unsure on the state it was released in but I've had no issues playing it as it is now.
I remember so badly wanting to love FFXIII but that felt like a never ending corridor. I'm just meeting Corneo and I haven't felt that way with VIIR *except* briefly when travelling to Wall Market for ten minutes or so. Overall I think it's pretty fantastic really.
Agreed, this isn't news or even a real walkthrough. I appreciate anyone who takes their time to write any sort of advice, as somebody has given up their time to do so, I just don't think it's necessary for quests such as these where you naturally walk into them as you move around each town.
Get the lock pick which has to be picked up as part of the story anyway...
I'm loving the game as a whole, and on main characters the graphics are truly stunning most of the time. However I'm just in Sector 7 and some of the textures - the ground, certain foliage, your motel room and some NPCs etc - are surprisingly awful. I'm assuming it'll get patched, as I don't remember these issues with FFIV but I might have just forgotten as it's been a long time since I played that.
I'll keep an open mind. I loved 7 and REmake 2 and 3.
I'm very much in favour of the 'classic' RE games but I enjoyed 5 as a non-horror title (but with some bright, sunshine filled horror elements) and thought 6 was an utter abomination. Each to their own.
I had this dilemma and so went with both. I've certainly played more of Animal Crossing, whilst Doom is great in short one hour sessions to keep it feeling fresh.
I dunno, World of Warcraft is still going pretty strong 16 years later!
From 10 to 1:
Shadow of the Colossus
Uncharted 3
Bloodborne
Journey
Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain
Bioshock Infinite
Mass Effect 2
Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots
The Last of Us Remastered
Batman Arkham City
Star Wars games used to be oversaturated, they were a dime a dozen and were, on the whole, quite mediocre. At least the two Battlefront games and Fallen Order have been well received, at least on a gameplay level (and ignoring the loot box controversy).
Nice to see some different experiences shown. Appreciated!
No it was I! I AM SPARTACUS!
They've outdone themselves with the extra content. As a Crash fan, is there any characters they've actually missed?
A ridiculous amount of free content rather than micro transactions, DLC expansions that rival many AAA games run times, and the complete edition including the DLC on, for example, the cartridge for Switch so you don't have to download it separately. They aren't perfect - game bugs, technical issues etc but... Yeah they deserve the high praise in my opinion. They're consumer-oriented.
Thanks @winter_hill, man f**k these articles. Anyone can post this crap now it seems and try and get some clicks.
Aside from Minerva's Den.
