There are 6 towns + capital in Cyrodiil (Oblivion), there are 5 confirmed towns in Skyrim. The map of Skyrim is like 3/4 of Cyrodiil and even then it doesn't mean anything, it depends on how they scale it. The are actually more skills (one handed weapons for example), and Mysticism is just getting merged with other spells.
Honestly if they make a game bigger than Cyrodiil, it would end up being an overkill, since I finished all the quests (+150hours) in Oblivion and had only 70% ...

Let me say one thing. I know I'll be getting a lot of disagrees but I fully support hacking and making the PS3 completely open. I do not support piracy but in no way I am saying that we shouldn't hack into PS3 because it also leads to piracy.
I bought the PS3, I own it. I can do whatever I want to do with it as long as it doesn't harm other people (multiplayer hacks). Piracy is a matter that the legal system should deal with, not Sony.
