Agree. Used games have the same effect as pirate games. The only difference is that you give the money to the gameshop.
My top favorites are BioShock and Heavy Rain. I wonder why Heavy Rain didn't make the list. That rainy intro made me drop my jaw. The unique atmosphere kept me immersed through the whole game.

And almost every other hacker said that Sony can't resecure the ps3 ever again. It's a cat and mouse game.
Why does it bother you? You'll have more people to play with. And, unlike the popular belief, those who have their ps3 moded don't hack online (and you can't, even if you wanted to, on most games).
And Sony will bite the dust next week when hackers get to PSN again? It's going around in circles, and I really don't care anymore about this cat and mouse game.
Although there won't be a direct sequel, they will, for sure, make a another epic game in this genre. Just like Heavy Rain is the "spirit sequel" of Fahrenheit.
