oh change the record Jason, this no games for the PS3 is getting old. I remember when I got my launch 360, I had to wait nearly a year before any great games came out for it, at least when I brought the PS3 I had RFOM as a launch title, what did the 360 have at launch....PDZ?
Unlike you I have both a 360 and PS3 and have 3 times as many games for the PS3 than I have for my 360. So I guess I will be playing games on my PS3 first then movies, like many others.

15 minutes isn't too long, but the problem is most people have a monthly internet download cap.
Here in the UK the average monthly download cap is 30 gigs or less on a lot of broadband service providers.
So, I don't think this is the way to go for movies.

Ram Limitations? I would rather have a system with dedicate Graphics memory and super fast main memory (PS3), than just slow shared memory like the 360 has. Ever been on a laptop/Desktop PC that only has shared memory? Its real slow.
Oh and yes DVD9 has cause many problems with games Devs and as time goes on it will only get worse.

Actually software is selling more per unit on the PS3 now than the 360 is. The figures for software sold just look higher on the 360 because there is a hell of a lot more 360 consoles out there.

Lmao, I'm sorry, but Live is far from being a Ferrari. If its all about speed then its PSN that is the Ferrari. Dedicated servers run by the game producers will always be faster than one big server like Live has.
I play on both Live and PSN, Live really does Lag a hell of a lot, never had lag on PSN (touch wood)
Sorry vloeistof, I'm a PS3 owner and I will be getting NG2 for my 360. As for mgs4, you can keep it. I hate the MGS game series.

Yes Sigma is 1080P. I just checked the back of the box and its 720p, 1080i and 1080p. All my other games say just 720p on the back. Plus as my TV and PS3 is set to 1080p, if any games not 1080p my screen flickers for a split second to find the right res, but it doesn't do it with Sigma.

The average Joe on the street doesn't know about the extra content the 360 version is getting. I know this because my son works in Game (UK) and less than 1% of the customers know about it, plus they are getting way more pre orders for the PS3 version.
So it goes to show, that not many gamers on consoles look on the internet.
If Microsoft doesn't advertise the fact of extra content in the stores and billboards, they will have wasted $50 million.

I just looked on Amazon UK and the PS3 version is already at number 2 spot in the Top sellers in video games and the 360 version is at number 6. Looks like this game is getting a hole heap of pre orders =)
You can't really go by what we pay for items in the UK compared to what you pay for them in the US, because in terms of wages etc, what we earn it UK pounds over here, you earn in US dollars...ie, average wage per hour for a construction worker in the UK is around £25 UK pounds per hour and I guess you guys earn around $25 US dollars per hour for the same job.
All I can say is, the software on the PS3 is better in its first year than the 360 was. It seemed like ages when I brought a 360 launch unit before any decent software was available for it.

As I have both the 360 and PS3 and love gaming on both, I can say I'm a fanboy of both.
That was only the guy from Eurogamers opinion. The devs who made DMC4 and a few other game reviewers said it looks and plays better on the PS3

I just read the link from Gamepro and they even gave an edge to the PS3 version of COD4.
As I have both PS3 and 360 versions of COD4 (I have friends on both..lol), I have to agree. Multiplayer is awesome on the PS3 with no lag on PSN, where as the 360 version, well its just a lag-fest and totally unpla...
Yeah and just how many of those PS2 people will buy a 360 over a brand they know?
My gues is, more of the PS2 people will upgrade to a PS3 when this game comes out.

Yes the 360 version will sell more to people who have both the 360 and PS3, but thats all.
If Microsoft don't advertise the extra DLC for this game bigtime, it won't make much differance.
I was in my local 'Game' shop this morning and we all got talking about it and guess what? Only 2 off us knew about the 360 getting DLC and thats out of 17 of us talking.
So my guess is Microsoft just wasted their money, because the average Joe on the street still thinks its made for the PS3 and doesn't know about the 360's version.
A question Doodle. Have you played a beta of KZ2 or even seen it run? If not, how do you know what KZ2 is going to turn out like.
I've been gaming for over 27 years and I've seen people hyping games before its comes out in the past, only to be disappointed and look like real idiots because of it.
