This is another example of selective journalism. They show strong numbers for online games, sure. But they leave out the numbers for millions of gamers without online access or interest in competitive online gaming. Also, not every game type lends itself to online play. As always, we need a balance between game modes offered.
This really is just getting absurd now. Too artsy? Really? What's next? Is Sony too innovative? Are they too generic? This argument has little to no merit, and really is getting beyond silly now.
It's price. Price plus recession. No matter what the value of the PS3 may be to a consumer, PRICE is going to rule all right now.
