"Now announcing Call of Duty in space."-Activision
I wouldn't be surprised if this happens.
:P
Sadly those days are long gone my friend.
:(
Now announcing Call of Duty...in space.
(Crowd goes wild.)
T_T
Wouldn't be surprised if an announcement like that happened?
:P
F*** I was going to download it as soon as I got home from school.
Oh well at least I still got the Beta to mess around with until the full game comes out.
:P
If your a Portal fan the best value is to get the PS3 version.
You get 3 copies of the game for the price of one.
(PS3/PC/Mac)
Has all the same features across the board and offers cross platform play between PS3/PC/Mac users.
I've yet to try out Portal.
(I'm gonna try a demo of it on Steam and see how I like it.)
Played many Valve games just never got around to playing Portal for some strange odd reas...
T_T
Wow!
Talk about desperate for attention there CVG.
Bungie now releasing Call of Duty...in space.
Now we're charging you just for turning on the game.
But wait will also charge for cut scenes, patches, and let's not forget $20 DLC Map Packs and a monthly online Subscription to all of our Call of Duty games.
We at Activision promise to bring you nothing but crap buy hey it's not about you it's about the money and filling our pockets with happiness and not yours.
...
For me I want to play the story mode.
You know Steam will have massive sales and you could probably get it eventually for like $20 and hell Valve will throw in the option to get all the Crysis games for free.
Gotta love those Steam deals every year.
Only reason why a lot of MMOs have been coming to the PS3 is because of the fact that PSN Free and they can get away with charging a monthly subscription like they can on PC.
Xbox 360 barely has any MMOs simply for the reason that XBL is already a subscription based service and having 2 monthly subscriptions between an MMO/XBL just wouldn't work.
Edit:
Still I'm glad MMOs are finding places to expand and move forward then just being on PC.
Nah.
This type of game was meant to be played on PC.
Blizzard Games have always been point and click action/adventure games.
(This is where a mouse is needed.)
All though PS Move could have the potential to work with the accuracy of that device.
Is this an ad for America or somewhere else?
Looks like a lot of the PS3 ads that you would find in Europe or Japan.
(No offense to those regions. Ofcourse.)
Mortal Kombat is by far one of the best fighting games I've ever played.
Edit:
When do you think will see Krato's story and his fatalities?
(That would be so epic.)
I was going to get Crysis 2 eventually on PC anyway so this is just a plus to an already excellent decision by me.
:)
It's a USB Device.
These handhelds are in it for the long run much like consoles are right now.
Hell before the Nintendo had any real competition in the handheld market they would release a handheld every 2-3 years.
(I remember as soon as the Game Boy Advance came out, Game Boy SP was right behind that, then you had the DS, then the DS Lite, then the DS XL, and now the 3DS.)
Now that Nintendo has competition from Sony and Apple they got to think about a long term future...
Music games were over saturated.
Let's not forget some of the expensive instruments that you bought from some of the older games in the series
weren't even compatible with other games in the series.
Everything was just way too expensive.
Hell a lot of those songs could of easily been filled on multiple DVD discs or one Blu-ray disc.
Let's not forget DLC for those games were a complete rip off.
I borrowed Gu...
Game gameplay to an awesome game.
Edit:
Euro Gamer has some crappy buffering for their videos.
:P
Straight up beast.
(Me want the Helghast Edition.)
:D
I agree.
Variety and innovation is important to the growth of any business or company.
Also it's good for gamers (consumers) to try out new things whenever they can.
Edit:
Forgot to mention motion controller gaming too.
-Motion Controller Gaming
(PS Move/Kinect/Wii Remote & Nunchuck)
-Free 2 Play Gaming. (Face Book and other web browser based games.)
etc.
Just like any business they go where the money is at.
(I'm sure any person in their shoes would do the same.)
However I'm against ripping off the consumer and not putting quality in those products/services created.
I'm sure many game developers envy Activision's wealth but they realize that making the gamers happy with their games are more important.

Edit:
Activision = Devil of the Gaming ...
