In my opinion Sony's biggest mistakes was the following.
1.) Not having a worldwide release.
In Japan PS3 came out 3 months before America and the rest of the world got it a year later after Japan and the U.S have already got it.
2.) Too pricey in some areas I've spent $500 on my PS3 in America but the rest of world pays even more then that.
Sony should of just had one price cut for each area all around the world at one price to where it's the same in eac...
I highly doubt it cuz Sony has some weapons up it's sleeves that's gonna give them some major advantages next gen.
1.) OLED-Sony are the first people to develop OLED TVs the next gen of HDTVs and even though the 720 will use OLED TVs too Sony can just develop a better TV and suit it to the PS4.

Your dumb as hell I was playing my friend's Xbox 360 and the network is hella laggy.
I was playing your so called Gears of War and I think the game is hella cool single player wise but as soon as you get to multiplayer it's laggy.
