I was a PS1 gamer and never experienced the N64 in it's day. So i've never experienced you at your peak. But today i finally have a stream of Nintendo games to look forward to. So THIS is what it was like back in the SNES days.
I agree, it's like they switched places and audiences.
....Wordpress?
If nintendo announced they were moving away from motion controls and towards hardcore games. Then microsoft and to a lesser extend sony would be so confused.
I've knocked my console over by accident when it was standing vertically before and it scracthed and made unplayable the game i was playing, just because i was carrying stuff and didn't step high enough over it.
You'd think they'd fix that, i was so angry.
Kinect left me annoyed, i'd have probably loved it as a good addition to the 360's usual stuff. But what NEW was shown? Well, that Crytek game. Thats the only new game not for kinect announced. And also the only new 360 exclusive apart from kinect shown.
This makes me look at kinect as what it has taken away rather than what it adds.
Depressing.
So nobody will agree with me but i'm happy with the re-design. I'd personally rather have mirrors edge with lightning up the arse then an angry potato. I'm sure he'll look demonic with glowing tats or something when he's evil, and the game looks way better than the first in gameplay and graphics. Even if i hated the character design it'd be a footnote for me.
I'm just glad there's a breath of fresh air to the second game. I think sucker punch ...
Who makes PC games anymore.
You're talking out your anus.
What happened to my bubbles, did it get reset after the new site kicked in. I was rocking 7 or so before hand.
That any gaming journalism outlet should either have deals with all of the main three or none of the main three. Receiving money for special coverage of one certain brand does smack of... being compromised.
The only mainstream newspaper out on the selves in the UK today that actually care about being something that gives out news than getting money. (It's a non-profit paper, donates the rest to charity)
Games always get a fair rep in the guardian.
At least 5 times more colorful than the previous ones. And i think thats something gears always needed to get, once the Chroma is there i'm happy.
I guess they have the cash floating around to take risks is what they meant. They have enough to risk not making much money on it, as long as they enjoy the experimentation. I'm sure their publishers are confident they will make the money though.
No. No. No. It'll be good enough to warrant a purchase, no doubt. But it won't be perfect, what a silly thing to say.
I even remember reading this ages back, now. Damn
Never mind hit any ceilings. They need to sort their stories out, right now there are 3.
PS3 version is superior, hits graphical ceiling - PR guys
Both versions are identical - Other PR guys
Neither version looks amazing - Screenshots.
Sort it out guys.
And because i've already got a icecream truck, special guns and a new parachute all for free, i figured i'd throw em a bone and pay 79p for a monster truck. And it is AWESOME by the way, it has a grenade launcher and machine gun that you can use and aim while driving. Plus its the only car that i've driven in it that can actually handle over rough terrain.
Its well worth it.
I'm THERE. I always like Split Screen co-op better, but i guess with an open world game its not worth it.
Rory.
I agree that either Sony or Nintendo won, but out of sure expectations Nintendo shattered it. Congratulations Nintendo.
