Still would not get one because thats the same price as PS4 which is more powerful. The weaker X1 needs to be 299 without kinect and 350 with. Its less powerful hardware.

What a sec I am very confused now as a consumer. I thought MS was marketing the X1 as more expensive but that consumers had to look at the value they were getting. So, is MS now saying 3 months in that what they were doing wasn't of value and now the price cut and a game is the REAL value? If a gamer has a 360 why would that person spend nearly over $500 + 60 to play on X1 when they can spend 60 on 360 for the same experience ?
Interesting summary, anyone agree. I have seen some bad score for this game but this summary is the first i have seen where they state exactly where the problems are and if you stick with it it rewarding.
That is NOT a special edition bundle as special editions are consoles with the games theme designed on it. This is just a bundle with a game download code. Nothing special about and that disappoints me cause I would have trouble resisting a Titanfall themed console.
Fellas._Halo5 is not coming out this year. That would be 2 years between, but the problem is its their first game on the new X1 also when did they get the X1 development kits? I bet u they didn't have them when Halo4 launched. So reality is that its not coming out this year after 18 to 20 months development time. Halo 3 came out 2 years after 360 launched, expect the same thing for Halo5.
Cory Barlog was Jaffes lead animater on GOW. When Jaffe left Barlog took over as lead on GOW 2. Barlog most recently was the lead on cinamatics for Tomb Raider reboot, but last year it was announced that Barlog had returned to Sony Santa Monica ad was working on a new PS4 game. Wonder if Jaffe and Barlog are working together again?
Green is right on this one. The game only has 35 achievos. They easily could have granted an achievement for each Prestige or at least one nice size achievo for reaching level 10, it would promote replayability for those achievement hunters that might be getting tired of the game but want to complete all those achievements. Achievements have always been a good way to extend gameplay, Respawn should have taken advantage of that, especially since its MP only.

As much as I would love a sequel I don't think they could capture the emotional partnership Ellie and Joel had in a sequel and as others have said it could spoil the game we enjoyed. I could be wrong if anyone could do it it would be Naughty Dog. It might be better if they made a game during the 20 years before the Ellie story. ND could go in many different directions there.
It was fine for a first in the series, it still has some things that need to be addressed thru patches, dlc, or with next game. I was expecting a bit more considering the hype and articles it has gotten, but will probably play it for multiplayer fix until Destiny and Evolve come out.
Releasing Halo 5 this year would big mistake. It would be only two years between games and since they have been working on dlc it would mean they have had less time to work on it plus its on a new platform. I don't think it will be ready. Plus why would they want to go up not only against COD but against Bungies new IP Destiny. This year wouldn't make sense and imagine if Destiny is much better than Halo 5 it wouldn't look good.
I think Mr. Jaffes best days as a developer are behind him in fact his games have disappointed since he did God of War and it may have been more a team effort making that game so good as they have released a number of other great games from that studio.

So now the ripping off of COD is complete right down to the prestige *cough generation cough* level system. Shouldn't be surprised that former COD makers totally rip off their old game, but I was hoping they would be a little more creative.
Activision should ensure the next COD has mechs just to show how much Respawn ripped COD off and they sould name it Titanfall mode.
The main character in P.N. 03 had a fine behind and would shake, grind, and gyrate it for you. Wish the game had been better.
I agree edge has some weird tastes and has given some unnecessary low scores. I really wanted this game cause I enjoy GOW and enjoyed the first game, however when I saw Game Informer gave this game a 6 red lights started flashing cause they are pretty easy on scoring games. I need to see a few more reviews, but its not looking good.
Great Job Sony, now all the big launches are out of the way, it's time to start carpet bombing with the exclusive games. Between now and E3 start teasing annoucements, get Driveclub and Watch Dogs release dates out there. Then at E3 have those reveals, release dates, give a strong holiday lineup and its all over for the house Gates stole (not built) from Jobs.
