The static time of day has been with the series since the beginning, it is used to set the mood for missions. Fact of the matter is not every open world game needs day and night cycles. This game does utilize weather cycles.
The orignal reveal was a mulitplatform title. It became exclusive at E3 2013. Developers even said the source engine was chosen because it ran well on PS3. So why is it seedy it is coming to 360? Titanfall was never going to be a current gen only title.
Yeah who needs graphics anyways as it only represents 50% of the game experience. Might as well say who needs gameplay. No I think graphics and gameplay are equally as important and noone would dare say say get over gameplay.
I am curious to know if its locked at 30 fps, it really can't afford to drop frames like the X1 version does it would be a mess. So heres to hoping its a good port.

A sp campaign gets gamers invested in the games universe and characters. Otherwise it makes for a shallow experience for many gamers like myself when we play online parts. I like to use Halo as an example , we wouldn't care nearly as much about the Halo game world if we hadn't met and followed Master Chief and Cortana and only played the multiplayer. I don't think Ryan hides his bias at all he was at OXM for years and years and had coverage videos that would be on Xbox dashboard often.
They don't round because games in 8's are Great and games in 9's are Superb. For instance Titanfall is averaging an 8.7 so it's Great. Dark Souls 2 is averaging a 9.2 and it's Superb. Rounding up diminishes the distinction.
I know the the ai wasn't great because the game director said so during the q & a event on youtube after the launch date was revealed. It was one of the reasons for the delay. So yeah the ai may or may not be good.
Not really excited for this anymore. 6 month delay was to fix ai issues and repitive missions. So there was that problem and how well did that get fixed. Plus it doesn't look great graphically, for a big AAA title it should look better.
I don't like this idea that its ok to forget sp campaigns. Without them to set up the game world and lore how can you become invested in what is going on with the gameplay. The solution is get it for 360 or PC and than you don't have to spend 500 plus tax to play Titanfall.
I see a few comments saying you have to pay to play on Sonys consoles, which is simply not true for all games. Games like Warframe and the upcoming Elder Scrolls are examples of games not behind a paywall. Every single online game on Xbox consoles are behind a paywall. Add the fact that Sonys online pay service has instant game collection and free games each month. Good games not the garbage MS vomits up for XBL Gold members to consume.
Those markets X1 is not in are low priority, it launched in its major markets. Don't expect its sales to go up much with Japan and other territories. X1 will be behind PS4 the entire generation.
No comment on here so far has said anything about Titanfall being good or bad. What people are commenting on is the PR BS when it is being touted as some kind of technological showcase for X1 when that is simply not true.
