Us Droid Eris users are still waiting on Verizon giving us our supposed ota to 2.1
God dammit fugginshit, they lie don't they.
I like Android on my phone, and while I'll always prefer Windows over Linux it's not exactly a bad product to work with. There will always be a first step to something new and people who buy their brand new $1000 gaming rig would like to be rewarded with a system that actually loads and plays the games they want without hassle. Call it being lazy, but I just think of it like buying anything else you'd like to use right away...like having to find "alternative fuel" for your radical n...
PS3 fanboys once again refusing to admit when Xbox 360 hands them their asses on their claims of what the machine can do...time and again.
Here comes year 5 of Microsoft proving they can do it, and that even Sony can take a couple pages from the history that Xbox paved this gen.
All you people are so hung up on figures and stats that you've trained yourselves to see only those aspects. But for the people who are doing it right it doesn't matter; I'm going through some of my old games and bringing back some 2006 and I must say it's been an awesome time for Xbox 360. The cosole is superb, the games are plenty, and t...
It would be a reasonable assumption then to say that the site has a fairly positive view on video games and protien.
Bungie apparently took heed when they saw the old Resident Evil 4 merchant selling instant success in a bottle called Halo.
LOL
It's great when epic games star epic women LOL. But then you get even more excited knowing that they look as epicly hot in game as their real selves.
Back in 2006 when Xbox 360 was kinda barren I saw how Xbox Live was going to shape up to fill the void between longer development times and waiting on the bigger hits like Gears of War and Lost Planet at the time. And for games until then developers could offer dlc.
The actual goal of dlc is to extend the life of a game AFTER it comes out. So how is releasing it all at the same time on one bluray disc going to do that?
Also dlc can mean FUTURE expansions, like how ma...
So if you need to have one then that's your game right there. Alan Wake does the right thing by tightening the gameplay so that there aren't so many disjointed sections. Imagine if the first Resident Evil was a sandbox game. Now having 2d environments kinda makes that impossible so rhey would've had to be more like Silent Hill and go 3d. And there yoy have it, Silent Hill would be the closest game to consider being openworld enough and still have a connected story.
Okay now let's get technical, shall we?
* when you think about computers and how they work you have to realize that there are multiple parallels of work being done. computers aren't handling 256mb of data and thats it; there are things like virtual address capabilities, pipeline efficiency and superscalar architecture.
* physically a bit is a bit and will never store more or less than one binary switch. virtually that switch can be anything to the computer when progr...
Shadow, the answer to the puzzle you've uncovered is thus:
Yes, your mother IS a whore. And yes the Xbox 360 is all that. Stop debating either fact.
FF vii ranks very high even today but it only did well for its genre. Jrpg games were so few and unpopular that vii went on unchallenged. Its story and gameplay were unmatched but ultimately what led to its fame was its graphics. Jrpgs of similar era were still 2d and had mostly remained almost intollerably traditional, a trait that has stagnated them even today.
Halo couldve fallen to any next gen fps that had online muliplayer and vehicles. But what made Halo rule was the gamep...
The ME trillogy makes ps3 fanboys wish their console was capable of a similar experience, instead they get games saved as movies on bluray disc and have moments where the controller does nothing or barely anything. And some that arent even ashamed at their no-gameplay fun (cough Heavy Rain cough).
SC Conviction is a game first and an experience that plays out well. And that's only going by the demo.
While some are quick to dismiss the series a Metal Gear clone, its...
After all, they're the ones that say ratings/media dont matter. They didn't buy the game and that's that.
Xbox 360 exclusives sell better. Xbox 360 games play and look competitive in this high def and online enabled and social networking-centric generation of video gaming and multimedia convergence.
You did? Oh wow, that's good news. I just picked up a Spring 2010 Elite bundle, it's a steal with 2 free GOOD games (better than Pure and Lego Batman).
On topic, a Slim 360 would be nice but not really necessary. I like the look as it is, it's been my personal favorite design since the redone Geneis.
Oh wait, I thought Sony invented the idea of slim consoles? :\
It's different but not terrible.
Squeenix is in a bit of a pickle: the core ideology of Final Fantasy is to start new with every game, and people so far have been quick to forget that. This game - like every Final Fantasy before it - should be judged on its own and not against other games of the franchise. It's an FF for crying outloud; the whole idea of being FINAL Fantasy is that each story can only be told within one game and is going to be different than the others.

My personal GotY candidates (exclusive or multiplat):

except tht your comment is off topic dude. stick to the topic.
Move has lag.
I used to do the install thing even with my old 20GB HDD, you just have to install one disc at a time. Which makes sense, since you can only play the disc that's in the tray anyway.
You could get by just having one game or disc installed at a time, that's how I played Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey.
It's funny that people keep saying that, but in truth there have been quality titles on both consoles. And there have been crappy titles too. PS3 games haven't really pushed the insane gap in quality that you guys tout, Xbox 360 has delivered many games that have sparked curiosities over what the system can do given the PS3 fanboy gibberish of it being an inferior console.
On topic, PS3's only hope that it can outsell Xbox 360 this year would be if Reach didn'...
