It's good to see Microsoft's labor paying off. They made a great console even better and also made it a solid competitor to PS3's Move and the Wii.

Console gaming has fewer leaps in technology, and game developers spend longer time with what the current generation has to offer. Which leads to better games, and a better experience all around for gamers everywhere.

On a side note, is everyone ready to start waiting even longer for games next gen? All those "leaps and bounds" improvements they're gonna put into the hardware just means more time developers need to work on filling their game with content.

I think XIII was superb. And I don't agree with X-2 being thought of as the beginning of their downfall. They just started infusing more jpop than international fans might have gone for.
Lest we forget that FF always was and always will be a very well received series in Japan for that reason.
WOW. They kept the form factor that made PSP awesome and gave it a bigger better screen, bigger better specs, and sweeter controls. Many kudos to Sony on NGP.

I don't have any doubts that this game will be reviewed better than XIII, but honestly people really need to let off of the idea that making the 360 version in any way held the game down. If anything it was the 360 version that suffered, and only because of poor video encoding choice and a questionable resolution.

Well here's the thing about RSX and having extra memory. Because CellBE is architecturally tied to the XDR memory, developers can only utilize that memory when CellBE accesses it. In other words when they offload work from the RSX they can then see benefits of having more memory. But the two pools cannot be combined to create a larger memory space for EITHER component. So the game workload still has to comform to those limits.

The Xbox 360's main adavantages have always been 1) the fast bandwidth provided by the 10MB edram, and 2) Xenos being a much more modern GPU than the RSX in the PS3.

Droid's come in many configs, so it really depends on which you got. The Android OS is what you see when using the phone, but then again without HTC's Sense UI or Motorolla's Blur or 3G or a Snapdragon processor it's not much.
