I just hope the theme doesn't hold back the gameplay and DICE'S creativity. I think I'd rather DICE create their own unique universe rather than trying to stay true to a certain setting. But whatever they do, plleeaasssseee just don't mess it up. I think we've had enough multiplayer busts this gen.
Give me a new gta online with smarter a.I, no cheating, and gunplay similar to uncharted or socom or even the division and I'll be happy. Agent would be cool to since it's something new. Red dead was a good game but after playing gta it's hard for me to go back. I think I'd rather them just add horses to gta since gta 5 has far more variety
I feel like all multiplayer games need a ranking system and or skill level. This one thing star wars battlefront is missing and that urks me. This feature easily adds to longevity and replayability
How do you figure a new gta online would be essentiality the same game? That's like saying a new destiny would essentialit essentially be the same game. To me what's intriguing about gta online is all the variety and different things you can do. It makes the possibilities of the sequel seem endless. So many ways rockstar could be creative. So many different ways for them to be unique. for example Maybe concepts like owning your own organization could be more fleshed out and have a dee...
Well the single player will get repetitive as well if you play it enough. that being said I'm a multiplayer first kinda gamer. What makes gtas single player better than the multiplayer outside of the story? After playing online I didn't even feel pressed to finish the single player
Can't wait for the next gta online. After playing for almost 3 years I've come to the conclusion that it has many bugs and is broken in more ways than one , mainly because how much it has going on, but overall I think it's still more next gen than most of these multiplayer games on consoles.
I think ea and dice main goal was to release a star wars game along side the movie which wasn't broken at launch like bf4 was. I think those are the two main reasons for the lack of content. Because of this I have faith in a battlefront sequel as dice has shown they can learn from there mistakes. the only thing that worries me is ea's willingness to push a game out the door without it being ready trying to meet deadlines etc. I also have faith in the destiny sequel and the titan fall ...
I'm speaking for multiplayer games when I say this gen has underperformed so far. This gen hasn't went as I envisioned it back when next gen consoles where first announced. After playing games like warhawk, star hawk , battlefield bad company 2, uncharted, DC universe etc. I had high hopes for this gen but so far there has been a bunch of mediocrity and it almost seems like the people in charge of making these games aren't taking chances anymore. They aren't trying to push nex...
Basically the problem with battlefront is there isn't a real reason to keep coming back to play. A few huge features that I think swbf dropped the ball on are clans, clan battles and a skill ranking system. These basic features can add longevity to any competitive multiplayer game and is just another example of the unfortunate lack of content of an otherwise good game OVERALL.
Yes gameplay is the concern. So tired of the fps/resolution argument. I've already been burned by destiny and battlefront to a degree. I hate to admit it but I think I may have to sit this one out. The problem with a game like this is you can't really tell if it will have enough fun, content and replayability for the long run. And it doesn't help that they've been so tight lipped about everything. I'm started to wonder will these companies ever realize that gameplay is the...
We need a clan system , clan battles and clan rankings built into the game. Also a ranking system or skill rating for individual players , rocket league is a good example where you gain and lose points based off performance. How can you be a online only game and not have these basic necessary features that can easily add to replayability and longevity? I still say overall battle front is a good game but they definitely dropped the ball on lacking these features.
Lol absolutely no way. Gta online alone puts this argument to rest
Yea that's a good idea. I think I'll pre order as well to play the beta since I'm on the fence about this one. I'm not gonna lie this game seems like another mediocre experience but I'll give the beta a shot since there aren't many other online games coming out anytime soon.I don't understand why There haven't been many good online games this gen. it's like everyone is playing it safe and making games they think will appeal to the masses, when in reality al...
I haven't even finished the single player. It's good I'd just rather play as my own character and create my own unique game experiences
Idk I actually enjoy gta online and I've been playing it since 2013.ig it would be weird to have an online only GTA but I don't think it would be such a bad thing depending on how it was set up. The main problems I'd like to see them fix for the online sequel is all the bugs, cheating and exploits that goes on and I'd also like to see more variety in the missions and I'd like for new missions to be added allot more frequently. and I'd like gunplay to feel more like a c...
I'm leaning towards buying this but I could care less about how it looks. Ig how it feels on your head is important. But my main factors on buying this are primarily games, then pricing.
Yea it doesn't take that long for a real gamer but what I've noticed is there are allot of noobs playing. I don't mean that in a disrespectful way but what I thinks going on is there are allot of star wars fans who but the game that aren't really hard core multiplayer gamers. For instance I played for the first time in two weeks yesterday and I was able to average 40 kills, and 7000 points without using many vehicle pick ups. Maybe this guide is helpful for the players who do...
I also think space battles were different than regular game modes in the sense that you could infiltrate the enemies mother ship. Also no land vehicles in space. But I think people want wat was in the canceled bf3 where you could travel from planets up into space
Also they need to open the casino so I can afford my yacht! !!wtf, incredible game tho
I feel like battlefield gave away it's chance to beat cod early on when it tried to deviate from the bad company 2 formula and sort of copy some of cod's aspects in bf3. sometimes you just gotta be yourself. And battlefield isn't the only franchise guilty of this but all I'm saying is, borrowing ideas is cool, but sometimes you gotta take risks, stick to what got you to the top, stay in your own lane and don't sell out. Even tho I understand money changes things.
