I agree mikeslemonade. red dead is a great game and its different which is good. But the possibilities for GTA 6 online are unrivaled. I think the combination of variety and quality could make GTA 6 online the best multiplayer game ever to be experienced when it hits
To me,cod's problem has never been its setting. Its about the generically stale gameplay that doesn't seem to push the genre forward like a game at the top of its food chain should. What looked good about the trailer? I barely seen any game play if any. seems like its gonna be the same ole song. What's the point in showing huge dogfights and tanks etc. If you can't use them in multiplayer? Why because you can use it for two minutes in a scripted sequence during the campaign? Changing the setting to WW2 won't save cod. that wasn't even an issue if you ask me. How about progressing the genre instead of reusing the same crap
Yes imo. I think going with WW2 will expose cod even more and the sales will continue to to drop even tho it'll still sell well by most games standards.
Like I keep saying, the setting isn't the problem, the lack of progression with the gameplay is the problem. This game and the last cod could've been made on ps3. it's not doing anything new or pushing the genre. Yes the new cod hasn't came out yet but history says the new cod will be the same old song
Never had to spend real money in gta online. Ever. Yea there's some grinding in GTA online but there's grinding in every mmo which is what GTA resembles. Cut down on all the the cheating and exploiting and expand on the idea of GTA online and red deads multiplayer will be fine
The problem has never been the setting with me. It could be set in the promise land and that still wouldn't change COD from feeling generic. The problem is the lack of progression in shooters like this from last generation up to now gameplay wise etc. Most of them feel the same or haven't grown enough

I haven't even finished gta5 single player yet. Online is where it's at and I've been playing since day one. what gta6 needs to do is clean up ALLLLL the cheating, glitching, modding etc and the focus of gta online should revolve around solo/Co-op story content.
@fallenangel the YouTube dislikes never gave me the impression that cod would all of a sudden fall off a cliff and fail. But I think what it showed is people are finally starting to get sick of the mediocrity. But I think cod will continue to sell until some game takes its buzz. The problem is games released this gen for consoles haven't took many chances. For the most part it's been more of the same or not delivering on promises when you look at multiplayer shooters these days

Gta online and battlefield 1 are the only games I'm playing these days with gta online getting the bulk of my time. I play because I can be adventurous, use a plethora of different vehicles and play a bunch of different ways ranging from golf or racing to heists or motorcycle club activities. Yea I remember hearing that around launch as well. New cities would be cool. It seems they cut alot of stuff like heists and the CEO dlc only to add it in later. Cop dlc is also on the list but has yet to be added.
Biggest problem with the vita was that it couldn't replace your smartphone. Had it been the great gaming hardware that it is, along with being able to do everything a smartphone can, with good marketing, I think the story would've been alot different

That's only because they have to compensate for all the cheaters and exploiters that are in the game. Cheating exploiting and hacking needs to be rectified for the next gta online because it ruins the experience.
Nice to hear there's other legit players out there. I also have a good amount of money saved without using glitches. Its sad that the game is plagued with so many exploits. This devalues players that are actually good at the game. Hopefully the next rockstar games can get a handle on this
