she's played the first few hours, and so far its been zero challenge, except for the boss battle were she lost 2 lives and that's on heroic difficulty
i suspect its going to be pretty weak overall, and rely entirely on DLSS to do the heavy lifting
it will cost $449 with no game
i know the xbox Ui, i would regard it as functional, boring as hell but functional, it started off as a 5/10 and over the years microsoft has made it better, its closer to a 7/10
PS5 Ui started off as a 7½/10 but with the latest updates its closer to a 8½/10 and yes it has the potential to become a 10/10 Ui with some future updates
without a full overhaul the xbox Ui will be forever, a 7/10 in its current form
if they track your eye, it means they only need to render what your eyes see, to the left and right can be blurred just like real vision, you will essentially get higher quality visuals because they can focus precisely on what needs to be rendered at any given moment
he basically says, he's played the same game before, just with a different number attached to it, and it doesn't do anything new, to justify a higher score
not perfect, distance shimmering and those detailed road and building textures only have depth maps applied in the 30fps mode, but overall the best looking arcade racing game yet, i think the main question is why cant we change the in game music, this was a feature of the original xbox and needs to make a return
the only thing going for it, is its free to play
no one is giving fifa, a billion bucks, whoever didn't get a deal done with EA needs to be fired
EA were paying around 500 million every 4 years, that's 125 million a year, what company can loss a contract that's worth 125 million every year, apparently fifa can
this is another vrr special for xbox staff, because without you wont feel very special, with frame rates all over the place
series s is a mess as per usual
PS5 is literally the only place to play this, with locked framerates and with the PS5 controller adding a whole other level of immersion
what happens, if you run over those cute little sheep
cant wait to play this beautiful game
here's another game, that would be 8k, if it was available on the PS5
well that was underwhelming, and that's putting it mildly

Horizon: Zero Dawn, released February 28, 2017
Horizon: Forbidden West, releases February 18, 2022
this is no coincidence, this is business as usual, horizon zero dawn sold 10 million copies in its first year
it sure maxes out the PS4 and could be mistaken for a PS5 game, its also free when you buy a PS5, its part of the PS+ collection which has 20 games in total, including Uncharted 4 / The Last of Us Remastered / Days Gone etc etc etc
i do think VR will be bigger this gen, with a massive CPU/GPU boost and the ability to load games in seconds
you can load up a shooting gallery, instantly, and have some arcade fun, maybe drive a train or truck or maybe a lifeguard simulator, you can keep an eye out for sharks / people drowning have a game of volleyball, or maybe an actual VR level added to uncharted, diving for treasure etc etc, and why not have gran turismo and gta fully playable in VR as well
130 bucks for 500gigs, for a half speed gen 3 drive
what happened to 30 million subscriber's, are do they only spread that fake news internally
the price should have been 3 bucks
nintendo's boardroom, think of a reasonable price and multiply it by 10x
20 bucks for a skin, LMAO
they release half the game as free to play, and the other half you need a subscription, LMAO
