"that's 3070 territory"
that's a direct quote from the video i linked, you should go watch it
digital foundry also have videos of the PS5 outperforming a 2080
here's a video of the PS5 destroying an overclocked 2070 by as much as 65%

that's 3070 territory
i can only imagine when mark cerny was pitching the PS5, were going with the fastest SSD on the planet, were going with the fastest GPU on the planet, it will need to be Liquid Metal cooled, were going with 16 gigs of the fastest memory on the planet, unified of course, it will of course run on the fastest 4k Os on the planet and were going with an all new revolutionary controller with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers, it will have, all new, 3D audio, the price will be 400 bucks
it is cheaper then the series x and a lot cooler
its running in backwards compatibility mode, which means its not taking advantage of the PS5
sony only has to throw a company 50 bucks for them to go playstation exclusive in japan
i guess they could go xbox exclusive
Unravel Yarny Bundle, both games for $5.99
R-Type 2, three different DLC packs and a season pass
ill check out halo when it launches, I'm not expecting much, but i cant see how it can be any worse then call of duty
Battlefield B+
Call of Duty F-
Halo ?
its phenomenal in this game, crazy how the developer only experienced it, at the same time as PS5 players
The class system didn't balance the game, you literally had engineers walking behind tanks repairing as they fought, you had medics hanging out with snipers never exposing themselves to fire and just constantly healing them, now that the classes can actually do some fighting and are not gimped to just healing and repairing, the mass cheating might end
its a solid B+ from me, getting rid of classes is great idea, why cant i be a sniper and a medic at the same time, when you die they should just tell you the distance to the nearest medic and allow you to crawl, some action replays would be nice, it makes death a whole lot more interesting, the throwing of the hand grenade, call of duty has absolutely nailed this a long time ago, so its disappointing to see it done bad over and over again
an enemy tank came through a tunnel...
unless your eyes can see at the pixel level, there exactly the same, solid performance all round
adaptive triggers / haptic feedback will turn this 7/10 game into a 8.5/10 game
welcome to 8k gaming
sound is great, graphics are great, haptic feedback is great
The Bad
the map screen is a joke, due to everything being microscopic you have no idea were you are, with no idea of the direction your pointing, there's no names of anything on the map, its the equivalent of giving you no information, maybe I'm missing some secret hidden options which makes it all better, ok, i can tell were the spawn points are, but why not make them red and not a different shad...
phils fake speech, was the last straw
PS5, lowest resolution 1620p
Series x, lowest resolution 1026p
to obtain a much higher resolution for the PS5 version, some sacrifice's were made to raytracing / shadows & lighting quality, while initially the xbox version had bad frame pacing issues, they were later patched out, the PS5 version suffers from the same bad frame pacing issues and will hopefully also get patched out with a later update, the overall performance on the PS5 is a locked 30 fps eve...
no amount of re-writes, will ever get the series x up to 8k, LMAO
you clearly didn't watch the video
the series x version is rendered at 6k while the PS5 version is rendered at 8k
no trickery, just straight up 8k graphics running on a PS5, the first ever 8k game, for console
that DLC alone, would have cost 40 bucks, so this is looking like a great deal overall
