Looks interesting and worth a try. I like that they had the boss from OoT in it. If they keep solely source material from Zelda games I will be happy. Its not an adventure but not a bad surprise.
As for people saying its not made by Nintendo. There are a ton of games using their IPs and not made by Nintendo.
They are usually quality games just not classic Nintendo material.
Few examples being both Star Fox games on GameCube and FZero GX.
Interesting list, very JRPG heavy but some quality games. I've not heard anyone mention deadly creatures in years, very good game.
Might not be terribly far off. Might be undercutting them a bit, but keep in mind when a company uses percentages to describe sales it never tends to be great. Case and point Nintendo gave specific numbers for 3DS. Percentages are a positive spin on an underwhelming number.
This article is trash. They did cut the price and included holiday bundles. Heck you have your choice between two bundles. They are moving at a snails pace but Nintendo is a very stable company and doesn't need these to fly off the shelf. Yes once again Nintendo isn't going to get the third parties but that hasn't happened since SNes so why is that a surprise? People need to accept them for what they are a company that makes great games to sell their systems to people to buy mostl...
Because it is speculation. Nintendo announced only that it increased 340% compared to October. Which Nintendo didn't announce specific numbers in October either. Which means 220k could be in the ballpark.
No Zelda? Because the first (console?)game to include a save feature which is now incorporated into 99% of all games is not revolutionary?
Seriously its like Okami all over again.
I was surprised by the lack of Ridge Racer.
I was just thinking about that also. This sounds like another cash in on goldeneyes title. I would rather have an upgraded goldeneye rather then a remade one by completely differnt companies.
While I always agreed the PS3 would eventually outsell the 360 which it was bound to do. The PS3 is not future proof. The ten year plan doesnt have anything to do with the hardware it is the userbase. While the userbase is growing it is nothing compaird to the ps2 which is why they had a 10 year plan.
This generation isnt going to be going anywhere that fast. Nintendo has turned profit from day one and their system is still selling well not to mention their software is ...
Perfect Dark was great Id never argue against it. With the Bots the weapons the ability to select every weapon and not just a set of weapons and the ability to fall between levels it was fantastic. Though it didnt have the charm of Goldeneye it did it first hard better overall levels IMO. Just by the time Perfect Dark came so many poeple had already played Goldeneye to death it just didnt have the same charm.
Thats why I feel it get slighted.
No Mercy was awesome is was the culmination of the series from Nitro-Revenge-wrestlemaina-no mercy. Those games were just better and better.
Good list though I wasnt so hot on the Banjo game, I would put mario kart or mario tennis. Though Mario Tennis is the only one still to this day that gets played regularly.
Oh Smash Brothers I loved that game everything about it. Funny thing if you watch the video well just the intro the person hasnt unlocked Luigi yet.
I was surprised that there hasnt been any big signings this time around to back the wii. GC had Silicon Knights, the start of Retro and the RE series and the N64 had well Rare and that was all that was needed.
It wouldnt hurt for Nintendo to pick up some promising smaller companies. Though Nintendo likes to loan their IPs to other companies to make games.
I have been surprised that Nintendo hasnt bought Camelot.
Haha just beat Bubble Bobble last week oh how I love that game. I like master chief and all but bub and bob are just to ingrained in my gaming roots to not vote for them.
Well everyone expects the ps3 hardware to shoot up it will be interesting what happens game wise next week.
I always thought it was funny they started charging after it being free for awhile. I dont think Ive used it since they did that update a year or two ago.
I just dont understand the appeal and the direction of this system. Well I understand profits for games are bigger on a system that is only dlc. I just dont understand their targeted audience. Seems to me that the tech heads interested in gaming would already own a psp. IMO I just dont see why anyone who doesnt have a psp would now want to buy a psp go. If someone was on the fence and you give them a few new features and $70 more of a cost I doubt you will convince them.
New Jersey is also, I think it is a $100+ ticket want to say $150.
On the subject of the video it is awesome. I understand its serious and people need to not do it, it is just funny.
That was my question also. If its true then thats insane the 160 gig with a game is a great deal.
Terrible article and I still don't understand why someone would want to play a CD through it. Yes PlayStation had it but that was also some peoples first none portable CD player.
My complaint is give the option to turn off the light on controller. Turn off rumble check. Lower speaker volume check. Turn off virtually pointless glowing light on controller.... Negative.
