I agree, you get pittance for trading in games.
The only reason I would buy a physical game is if I don't buy it at launch, and it is considerably cheaper than the digital version. At least £10 cheaper. Otherwise over 90% of my games are digital, not including PC.
I remember in BF3 many times my team was destroying the enemy, spawn trapped, our squad would switch team and try to make a comeback. It's frustrating being spawn trapped but it's boring being the spawn trappers.
I rarely hunt so I don't see it very often but I can understand it would become tedious after a while.
Same with the looting animation on dead bodies. I rarely bother anymore.
Still love the game and am enjoying it though.
If they are pointless, don't do them.
You don't have to do the chores at camp. You don't have to shave. You don't have to take a bath or go to the barber.
What mechanics are you talking about exactly?
While it's not perfect in every way, it is definitely one of the best games ever.
If you think that the high review scores are from R* fanatics or paid for, do you think the same thing about PlayStation exclusives or Xbox exclusive?
I think there is some setting for controlling the horse or the camera while on a horse, I changed to Horse relative and now I find the horse hard to control, I'll try changing it back but I crash in to stuff a lot.
I agree, you really do get used to it.
Although the time it takes to loot bodies is kinda making me mostly skip it. I know it's just a couple of minutes for around 20 bodies but when your gang member is shouting at you every 2 second to hurry up, I just rarely bother anymore.
I agree, the game is slow, really slow, but I feel like it's supposed to be that way.
I don't feel like it lessens the experience at all, it just takes a while to get used to.
I came directly from playing Assassins Creed Odyssey to this and the contrast was quite strong.
I own both X and Pro, but some of the things that were said above are just ridiculous.
-Spider-man is not mediocre, it's not as good as claimed but a solidly fun game.
-Spider-man has better graphics that RDR2 (On Xbox One X) is ridiculous.
-RDR2 faces look blurry is ridiculous. I own it on the X and they look great.
I was not around here at the beginning of this gen but from what I've seen, there was quite a bit of pixel counting at the start of the gen too. Except it was in Playstation's favour.
I thought the Xbox One X was the best selling Xbox in September 2018. It was in an article last week or so.
I agree with you, that's why I bought my X in 2017.
If it didn't make sense for someone in 2017, it's not going to make sense now and probably never will.
I disagree, I don't think my Xbox One or my Xbox One X was a waste of money. I spend 90% of my time playing on Xbox and the rest playing Exlcusives on the pro. My pro went from May until end of August without being turned on.
Then I played Kiwami 2, Spider-man, Fist of the north Star and Persona 5. Now I'm back on xbox until Judge Eyes releases next year some time. Playing Assassins Creed Odyssey, RDR2 and Forza Horizon 4, Battlefield V until then.
I actually agree with you. I use my Pro for exclusives but the best exclusives are third party, except for God of War. Spider-man was fun but not as good as the people here claim. Yakuza is better, Persona 5 is better.
HZD was good but got boring after a while, Uncharted , TLOU are boring and clunky controls. Bloodborne I don't like either.
I had an xbox One for 4 years before I ever new what resolution it was running on. I only found out about it because of the One X.
You would be surprised about the number of Xbox One owners who don't even know that most games on Xbox are less than 1080p or that the PS4 is running higher resolution.
For many it doesn't matter, for many it does matter but they can't afford or justify the cost to upgrade to 4K, TV and One X.
I went straight from AC: Odyssey to RDR2 as well and the contrast was shocking, AC is so smooth and fast paced, the character movement is great, go anywhere, climb anything.
Even the horse riding is better, especially the auto-ride, go to objective marker system works really great.
The one button press to loot all nearby enemies is also nice.
You mean the Premium streaming service?
If the made a EA Access Premium for Xbox, it would certainly be more attractive than Origins Access Premium for most console gamers. Even better would be to download, not stream, like gamepass.
Even though Origins Access Premium doesn't require good hardware, I still don't really like to play games on PC except for Strategy games.
I like the ancient Greece time period better. I enjoyed Assassin's Creed more than Horizon Zero Dawn.
It just goes to show that everyone has different opinions.
What about Neighntendo?
