Arms getting 8.5/10? For something that would entertain a 3 year old for about 10 mins or so, before drooling and nodding off into a boredom induced coma.
Tekken 7 getting 9/10. For a game that is about 50% recycled from previous entries, and is so painfully obviously built as a DLC machine to pump stupid people for more money.
I've seen it all. 8.5 for the most simplistic game of the year, that wears out is welcome within 10 minutes out of sheer boredom. Amazing.
