Bingo. This. We were taken to an entirely new galaxy. The possibilities for the team to get deep into creativity and originality were endless. Instead, we found ourselves surrounded by familiar humanoid aliens. How do you come up with species like the rachni, the elcor, and the hanar, but then the best you can do when you're given a blank slate to work with is just two species that really don't look all that original or inspired? Not to mention the Andromeda galaxy is much larger than...

The idea of what it means to be an assassin is pretty ambiguous. The brotherhood within the game world itself changes constantly based on the time and place they find themselves operating in. And I'm assuming Bayek will be the founder of that order, so perhaps it's safe to say he's not an assassin as we came to learn of them in the first game. I think fans would get really bored of AC games if they maintained the same mechanics throughout with little variation. I'm excited for...

How do you even determine what constitutes an accurate depiction of mental illness? How do we even determine what a 'real' mental illness is? This is the No True Scotsman fallacy. I can't stand seeing things like this. "Your suffering is not as real as mine", isn't the point of art and portrayals like this to be subjective in how we perceive or appreciate it?

Yes, how dare we create art and stories based on things that actually happen.

I loved this game but sometimes all I could focus on was that her mouth was open the entire time.

I know this game is getting a lot of hate (mostly) but I couldn't be more excited for it. I never play multiplayer-centric games but this one is getting a pre-order from me as soon as the option is available. Black Flag's naval combat was the best part of the game to me, endless amounts of fun, so a game that focuses on that is a dream for me.

I picked it up earlier last month and I experienced very few bugs, so my experience wasn't hampered by the poor launch. Even with that in mind, this game was utterly hollow. It had nothing of real substance and by the time I reached the midway point, I completely stopped caring about the plot and skipped every cutscene and every single bit of dialogue. The magic just isn't there.

As a devoted Uncharted fan, I wasn't very excited for this game but as we get closer and closer to its release, my anticipation is growing.

It appears that way, which is a shame. It really is not the bad game it was made out to be. It's a huge game with great gunplay, and sure, it may lack the polish, finesse, and depth we've come to expect from a Mass Effect game, but I enjoyed all of the 60+ hours I put into the game. I'm sad that we're likely going to have to wait an even longer amount of time for another game in this series due to the setbacks experienced by Andromeda.

I hate how people say "I love how/when" when they want to smugly mock or condemn something they clearly do not love. It sounds pretentious and arrogant.

I fail to see how pointing out the presence of good games on a console warrants the label of fanboy.

Um, how is this Sony's trump card? They've got plenty of other games and franchises with more to come, some of which - if not most - have much more interest following them than Spider Man.

I'm surprised 151 people disagreed with this since it makes perfect sense and is absolutely true.

Not to mention the entire last generation.

I also don't think Sony fans 'need' Sea of Thieves. It looks like a ton of fun but once I saw the trailer for Skull & Bones, I almost forgot Sea of Thieves existed.

I like that Xbox has put out something new to keep them in the game. Competition is important to keep anyone from getting stagnant. I'm just kind of disappointed the battlefield between competitors is focused on graphics and exclusives. After spending the last couple months playing a ton of last-gen games I never touched, I've come to realize that graphics really don't mean as much as the hype would suggest. Graphics age but good gameplay is timeless. And I'm sad for Xbox user...

It looks interesting. I'm hoping the animations will be a bit more polished by release because what we saw at E3 didn't look exactly stunning, but I don't think it would really affect enjoyment overall. I'm glad it's shaping up to be more challenging combat than we're used to with AC games.

"I even like Demon's Souls" - implying the game lacks appreciation or is somehow not well liked. Most SoulsBorne fans adore this game. It's not like it's rare to like that one if you like the other games as well.

The more I play Nioh, the less I feel it's similar to Soulsborne games. I don't even think it's fair to put them in the same category. They're just too different in fundamental ways. Sure, they have technical combat and share a few gameplay mechanics, but the similarities really kind of end there, and with games as deep and with as many layers as Dark Souls, that doesn't leave you with much.
