FROM games aren't actually 'hard'. They're just different. They use specific mechanics that take time and patience to get used to. Sekiro is not harder than Dark Souls or Bloodborne; it's just different enough that there's a learning curve. Difficulty options defeat the point of adapting to the mechanics of the game to the point that you become fluent in them, and that is what all of these games strive to achieve (and in my opinion, do perfectly).
This headline is irritating in how obvious the answer is
This actually looks quite decent. I might have to pick this up down the line.
This is reaching a new level of absurdity.
Dude looks really similar to Shang Tsung in the first movie, that's a really cool nod of the head they did with that.
My friend used to play this game and he's normally the kind of guy to dish it right back out to people and not let it ruin his time with the game but he has forever cursed this game because of the toxicity. For him to drop out of a game is pretty significant.
THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY
*ahem
No.
It never ceases to amaze me that politicians waste time and energy on things as frivolous as video games, given the huge mountain of issues they should be dealing with that are much more critical and urgent.
My perception is that upon reveal, this game was lauded as one of the greatest games the PS4 will end up offering. Then it became this situation where people became unsure of the game, all because of a delay. And really, I can't relate to all the cautious optimism. It looks like it's going to be fun. Is it going to be the best game you ever played? Probably not, but it never looked that way, and it was only made out to be that way in peoples' minds because of hysterical hype. I ca...
I don't think it would be totally bad, but it would be a big let-down. The campaign was memorable at best; the multiplayer was iconic. It was an event in people's lives. It would feel strange for that to be absent.
1 - No Russian better still be there and 2 - I hope multiplayer is included.
Who cares, let people buy whatever products they want as long as they aren't hurting anyone else
AC Odyssey
I have never played these games and I don't know much about them, but from what I do know, it sounds like KH3 was destined to disappoint people. The first two games are revered so much, and I detect a great deal of nostalgia in that reverence. Then there's the fact that most of the fans were kids when they played KH1 and 2 and are now adults with the release of KH3. When you combine these all together, it makes it pretty clear KH3 could never live up to the expectations, the memories,...

People wondering "why" for the art style - these games are made for kids, let's remember that. They're not made for us older gamers. No doubt they understand we're part of their demographic but we're not their primary audience. I really have no doubt younger gamers are going to love this art style. I work with elementary schoolers and they spent the morning raving about this.
Absolutely. Nintendo brought video games back from the brink, the single lowest and darkest period in gaming history. Nintendo is to video games as the Renaissance is to the Dark Ages.
He really is. I can't stand horror games where you are chased by something, with the exception of this and Alien: Isolation - mostly because I find it more of an annoyance and an obstacle, it's rarely actually scary or panic-inducing. Outlast is a good example. It happened so much that by the fourth time you're being chased by something, you're just annoyed and want it to be over with. Not with Mr. X. When I heard that dude's footsteps getting closer, I panicked every time...
Exactly, and I'm trying to imagine what it would be like if the Souls games had an easy mode, or Sekiro for that matter...and it doesn't seem very fun to me. I'd probably get pretty bored. Just as horror movies are made to please horror fans, not romcom or action fans, games such as these are made to please gamers who like being challenged. We don't demand horror movies be funnier to accommodate moviegoers who are fans of comedies; therefore, we shouldn't demand games dumb...
