Their thought process is backwards and frustrating. PLEASE cancel Lost planet for the PS3 and put it toward a better project for the PS3 (MH3 Maybe) that would benefit the user base that you want to buy your games, not insult them.

Those of us who have a Wii and other (PS3 and/or 360), When was the last time you touched your Wii? How often do you play your Wii? I play Wii Bowling about once a month when my Mom comes over and wants to play it. Other than that, it's stays off.
I have seen a few clips where it was clearly a headshot or in one case, a bullet hit a wall and the line ended there, but I (50 ft past the stop point of the bullet) died from the snipe. Oh well. it's a game.
but I bought a 360 specifically for Halo 3. Not all Sony fans feel this way.

But over all, I feel it did not live up to the Hype. It's a great game by all means, but the Hype was so massive that there was no way to live up to it.
I played both. 5 games of Warhawk first. Had a blast. Then about 5 games of Halo 3, Had a blast. Both Ranked only. the differences I se as pros and cons. Halo 3, I didn't come across and "Room full" messages when trying to enter rooms. Warhawk, I had more choice over what I played. With H3 matchmaking, I found myself playing KotH,lone wolf on the same map 3 matches in a row. Both are pretty well balanced. Neither had lag. I got Medals/acheivements for each game. Not many cons. The US going overseas and trying Win a battle somewhere they cannot, atleast not in the way they are trying. Time to pull the troops out and bring them home. The Halo 3 map indicating where people are online playing lights up to show activity. US is bright except in the Mountains and Montana area, Europe is lit nicely, but nothing compared to the US. I don't think I saw any lights in Japan at all. Hawaii had more lights than Japan.
Halo 2 in HD. BUT, Is it not fun? Starting the campaign out, the first trees look horrible as the camera comes down. THe characters look..... Shiney, but slightly better than average in scope of what we have seen from Next gen games (Poly count specifically). The issue here is to make the game in this scope and magnitude, some sacrifices had to be made to fit in the 9GB allocated to 1 disk. If the game had been made to meet the graphical expectations set by Gears, It would not be able to fit ...
People who are going to but a 360 for halo already have done so. People going to buy halo already have it pre-ordered and have no plans to cancel this. If Sony has/had any plans to counter Halo 3's release, it's too late. I have a 360 solely for Halo 3. I knew that I could only play it one place, so I had to drop the money for it. I play the rest of my time on the PS3 and PC. On occasion, I touch my Wii for brief pleasure.

If there was a statement prior to the 360 launch that there will be no more Halo games on the microsoft systems, those sales would have been slashed. In bad taste? Yea, it is. No doubt about that. But I find it funny how Halo Elites are talking about fighting for having the ending of a game spoiled. I'll get it, Play it and have fun playing a game.
The realism of this game is still hard for me to grasp. The gameplay. I would love to play it for the looks alone, but I spend more time sliding backwards in the grass.
