The Gamestop I work at over the holidays has a STACK of Wii's (about 25) that we cannot get rid of. We sell some, get more. People want the Wii Fit, few are asking for a Wii. We even had a few used Wii's.

I'm curious though, with all that data, what will this do to load times? I can see is data is placed properly, you could stream it off the disk almost seamlessly. But we all know there are developers who would use this wrong and cause 10 minute load times between rounds.

It was fun while it lasted, but I have too many games and not enough time to play them all. Fable 2 was a casualty of gaming.

There is potential to have some interesting things come from this. If time and effort is used correctly. The one thing I did not see though was personality. That is one of the things that makes LBP appealing. Also, you can make your landscape and edit existing items, but can you make your own items? Right now, I'll need to see more before making a decision, but LBP has the nod as of now.
