Sega has made so many of their classics available through previous collections, this feels like a waste of their budget. I would have preferred they doubled down on Nintendo systems and pay licensing for titles that were on their own systems. The point being, there is no legal way of playing these Nintendo games lost to history, without chasing down expensive cartridges. Give us a reason to stay away from Roms! I want to play things legally and will happily pay for an adequate service... keyw...
Absolutely insane pricing. They need to expand the offering greatly if they want to even come close to this price. Invest in licensing rights to games that would otherwise get excluded. Right now, this is not enough for the price.
Sora, not a bad choice actually. But no Waluigi! :( :(
@porkchop I simply stated a fact. Textures are the #1 reason for large game sizes. Nintendo notoriously uses styles with very sparse texture usage, and often time uses none at all. Look at this article's other example of Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, which uses 3gb of space. Metroid Dread's 4.1gb is comparable.
In an article about increasing game file sizes here, PC Gamer says, quote, "It's the textures above all, and nothing is going to stop them...
HD textures usually take a large chunk of a game's file size. This game doesn't utilize texturing hardly at all, relies more on artistic style in other ways, so it's not surprising that is a smaller file size.
Very true. Sonic Mania was the highest rated Sonic in 15 years, and developed by fans known in the ROM community. I'd trust an external passionate team for Konami's classic properties before I'd trust Konami themselves. I'm just leery of their judgment of who to choose.
He was mocking the ads that have run on N4G showing Joe Gatto of Impractical Jokers saying "Uncharted Was My Idea".

Nothing more, lol.
Lol, this story got approved pretty late. It's already out now! :P

I can't be the only one who misread the title of the game. X'D
Game looks intriguing though. Dig the style!
One feature that may get overlooked, but sounds awesome... screen sharing from the PS Mobile App. I've found myself many times needing to help family out online in certain games. Before, I'd have to drop out of the session to help them. Now I'll be able to do it without dropping. I'm really happy about that.
I just can't get someone wanting to play this on a cell phone. The game's pretty good on console too though, so I guess more power to them as long as the games don't feel like cheap cellphone grabs.
He gave that sentence as much effort as Ubisoft deserves though.
Ah the wiener pigs. XD

Oh man, I wish I could remember. I'll let you know if I stumble on it again! Hopefully it's still floating around. I just remember it mentioning Jurassic World, gaming including VR. I didnt think much of it at first, as I was job hunting 2D indie jobs and the job didnt pertain to my skillset.
I recently saw a job posting on LinkedIn asking for game devs who are passionate about the Jurassic World property, gaming and it also mentioned interest in VR. Nothing confirmed there, but I do wonder if this may be a possible VR title. If author of this article sees this, you may want to dig into that.
After having played Creed in VR, this looks pretty underwhelming. Half the fun was the VR gym in between matches.
@Knushwood Butt - Only a select number of games are really given any PS5 boost. Hitman 3, No Man's Sky, Star Wars Squadrons, Dreams are some of the big ones.
There's just an extra level of clarity that wasn't even available on the the PS4 Pro. There are more games that are being patched for the PS5's extra performance, like Swordsman, but most games never will.
I'd say just install those major titles on your PS5. For me, I have a 6t...
Absolutely. That's the only thing I don't like about Hitman 1-3 VR, I had been holding out hope too that more immersive Move support would be patched in.
Yea, I saw somebody post that below. That's great! But if you have a PS5 and a PSVR, Hitman 3 is a must-have! The clarity and detail through a PS5 is crazy good, I mean as good as you can get on the limitations of the 1080p screen.
For those that don't have, this is a good starter. We got Hitman 1 a few years ago too on PS+ which you can load in.
My point stands, that this is double value for people who own PSVR. Incredibly different experience. ...
@Chevalier So for those who have families and can't piggy-back off of others? I'm not paying $80 a year for myself and daughter.
