Ps4 is nothing like ps2 or ps3, no exotic or complicated hardware.
What you see is what you get, ps4 will be maxed out with second gen games, and that's pretty early in a console lifetime.
But if it runs better on wiiu I would skip it on ps3.
Could be that they have something big in the sleeeve, and want to keep it secret.
If you show it to early, then copycats from Sony might steel it and implement it in ps4.

A Nintendo console without a Mario game wouldn't be the same.
Every iteration of a N console needs at least one Mario game.

When the install base is big enough and Epic and others reconsider and decide to bring their (quick ported) games on N console.
