Back then Cows & Lemmings didn't care about that game, but now they do so.

And MS is smart when it comes to multiplat, they have their rules and quality standards you have to follow, or you won't get the green light to publish a game on their system.

Console gamers believe that with optimization you can make a 1.8 GFLOPS GPU in to a 4-5GFLOPS,no it's not working like that.
Besides the RAM amount, ps4 has made a 5-6 times the jump from ps3,and that's not enough considering the jump from ps1-ps2-ps3.
Just don't expect to much of a graphic jump for the next generation, or you'll be disappointed.
