Yeah story wise Bad Company 2 had nothing on the first. Multiplayer wise it was great, but I don't believe that just because a game is focused around multiplayer, that they should provide a poor single player.
I would say that so is Tales of Graces f, but that hasn't even made the honourable mentions.
I loved this game.
It was such a surprise as the concept of the game would make you think that all the people praising the game are creepy neckbeards who enjoy watching disabled hentai. I mean there will be a few of those but this is a genuinely good game.

The only things that are DLC though, are some character skins. I don't really see anything wrong with that as they add nothing to the game.

Not to cause offence, but are you an idiot?
How would someone who was only into JRPGs make for a biased review?
They may love the genre but anyone that is only into JRPGs will have played enough of them to be able to tell whether something is a good or bad JRPG. They aren't going to say, "The combat system, story and characters are crap, but I love this game" and they would be able to spot where the game may be lacking ...
Nintendo certainly knows what people want. But the Wii as a whole shows that Nintendo don't have the slightest clue what gamers want.
It's sad that someone agreed with you. I understand that your opinion is probably brought about by religious belief, or just the way you were raised, but that is the stupidest reasoning ever.
When you grew up, you sure as hell didn't have a choice in being attracted to the opposite sex, it just happened. The same as with gay people and their attraction to the same sex.
I mean considering what a lot of gay people have to put up with growing up (bullyin...
I want to disagree with your comment more but N4G won't let me
Almost everyone on Metacritic is a troll. That includes all the people who play a game for an hour (sometimes only the demo) and give it 10/10 and the people who give games like DMC between 0-3/10.
I've read those reviews just there and most of them just say the same old tired crap that you would find on an article on here, even before the demo was out.
Now I haven't p...

The advertisement element really can't be overlooked.
I remember trying (unsuccessfully) to convince my younger brother (who was 17 at the time and should have known better) that Modern Warfare 3 was on the PS3 because from all of the advertisements he had seen it seemed as though it was exclusive to the 360.
I imagine that there are a lot people as stupid as my brother who might have bought a 360 because they think games are exclus...
I'm currently finishing up Lost Odyssey and I just finished Tales of Graces f yesterday (I was playing them both since Christmas) and I have to say Tales is better.
I wasn't a fan of it's battle system at first and the story seemed very childish at first but it got much better in both respects. Lost Odyssey whilst great, just isn't as good in my opinion.
I clicked on this because I said "What the f***".
I think that might be down to the fact that it came out in mid 2011 everywhere but NA. So it wasn't really a 2012 game. It was on quite a few GOTY lists in 2011.
You can't have played many visual novels if it feels like a visual novel to you.

The US numbers will be on an article on the US numbers. Though you clearly didn't need to know that as you posted numbers for it anyway.
Your comment is the equivalent of saying "'MURICA NO.1!!! WOOOOEEEEE!!! Go XBOX!!!"
How did they start out on "an arrogant foot"?
Because they weren't willing to pay huge amounts of money to keep games exclusive?
Because they sold the PS3 at a high price, because it was so expensive to make?
It was entirely realistic for them to expect people to buy it, based on how well the PS2 had done. And people did buy it, just not if you compare it to the Wii, which compared to the PS3 was being sold dirt cheap and also h...

COD would obviously be able to compete in overall sales, but not everyone has money for more than one game at a time.
I imagine that in the market of people choosing the one game they could get, with the choice being between COD and GTA V, about 70-80% (maybe more) would choose GTA V.
If GTA V and COD released at the same time, I'm fairly certain that the COD game would suffer significantly in those sales compared to GTA V.
Whoa! Hold up.
The guy was 20. So it has to have been the games.

Are you on crack or something? I never said it was because of the casuals. I said that it was marketed as a family console, which if you've ever seen an advertisement on tv, it is.
I don't doubt that a lot of gamers will have seen games like Zombie U and decided that it would be worth picking up, but there will also be a tonne of parents who will have seen it being advertised as family entertainment.

I know that I'm pointing out the obvious but the Wii U, much like the Wii, is still heavily marketed towards families, which the Xbox and PS3 weren't (at least not until Kinect and Move).
So it's hardly surprising.
What's disappointing? It's EuroGamer, if something gets a 6 from them then it is usually an 8 or 9 from other sites.
Also I'm not sure why they make a point about the RRP being £30 but having about £10 knocked off by retailers. That has happened with just about every game this generation.
