My launch day Series X loves me. Never had this happen. I did go through quick resume not working in the beginning and a signal issue to my Q90R that still happens sometimes today. There will be NO picture when trying to start a game sometimes. I used to restart the console and try to launch the game and it would work. Even though every display option the Series X can put out my TV can do, I still went to options and took off the 120hz, lowered max res, tried the different things and no dice....
Man that god of war ascension super bowl trailer took me back. I remember first seeing that and being blown away. Still got the chills today after seeing it again. Damn that’s a awesome commercial for anyone that had played it up to that point and knew the story. Even if you DIDNT know the story you could gather enough info from the commercial that it still hit.

ALSO what’s going to happen when the inevitable mid gen refreshes happen? The PS5 PRO and the Xbox Series Xtreme? PS5 will have one step above the one current standard. The Xbox will then have 3 different levels at that point. I would HOPE only the series X would get the refresh that is.
I said it before but people thought I was trolling. Series S shouldn’t exist. As long as they are tasked with making games that will run scaleable to both they (devs) will never be able to take full advantage of series X. They can’t make a game that takes FULL advantage of every ounce of juice. They have to straddle the middle.

Personally I think it’s because it’s running a upgraded PS4 pro version. I’d be interested in seeing the Xbox one X version and PS4 Pro. If the One X too is 4k, we can easily deduce that it’s facing the same issue of Warzone and other backcompat games that take its route.
