Game is going to be outstanding
Speaking of! Did you play firewall on the PSVR? OMG what a fun game. I will be on the new firewall day one for PSVR2….. if my work schedule says the same….
Tbh, the game doesn’t look bad to me. Doesn’t look like a rip roaring time either. It reminds me of that one game on PC that is a TON of fun but it’s actually a mod of Day-Z. It was so fun to come across random people and shake them down. Stuff like that. I’ll say this game has potential. If it’s an open world with online people and death has a COST so that people actually think about their actions it could be great. If it’s not as big as it seems and there’s a lot of limitations to what you ...
@Darth
On Xbox there was a benefit to making new accounts like the offers you’re talking about. On PS3 and early PS4 there was the trade of a new name because you couldn’t change it back then but you lost your trophies and purchases. BootyLrd just wasn’t funny anymore.
At the middle of PS4 you could change your name (and still to today I imagine) once for so for free. Maybe 3 times 🤔 Don’t remember, I’ve had the same screen name since Socom and Xbox live f...
Can you balance sound between chat and game on those headsets? The PS5 headset allows it so seamlessly that I only think of it when I consider buying a headset and I need a new one. I bought a turtle beach on PS4 and even with the dongle it wouldn’t let me balance the sound. The chat and the game were equally loud so it would drown out the teams voices. Worked great on my PC though. Payed 200+ for that headset just to be disappointed. Looking on Amazon these steel series are expensive as he...
This actually revealed something I wondered about and am pleasantly surprised to find out. Other games, like GT Sport, had VR added. It was a game with no intention of being VR adapted to VR. They made this game with VR in mind from the beginning. It isn’t tacked on as an update or add on. It’s a NATIVE VR experience. So many games had tacked on VR last gen and mislead some people on what VR could do. What it was supposed to be like. Sony has made it so these first party VR games will show yo...
Been preordered since day one. Never had a doubt in my mind. All these stellar hands on previews are just reinforcement of what I already knew.
“Scientist confirm that the sun is coming up tomorrow”
I already expected that, but thanks.
Oh man…. That one crazy chick from Activision going to explain why this means Microsoft should be able to buy the world.
1) Does Halo infinite suck? If No, please close this window and see a doctor.
2) If so, What would make it suck less?
3) Would you be willing to buy some cosmetics from the in game store to help cover the cost of development and launching on gamespass?
4) Have you seen the Halo series on Paramount +? If No you are part of the problem. Please close this window and….
For anyone that knows, and I’d hate to download the game on gamespass just to see, does the game start with the PlayStation studios sizzle reel on Xbox? I just think it’s crazy how many PlayStation icons show in that reel and that they’d be the first things you’d see while holding your Xbox controller in your hand. Or does it just show like SCIE/ Sony computer interactive entertainment with the gold square?
Edit- Nvm, googled it.
Baffling to who? Nintendo runs the portable space. Sony gave it two good try’s. VR is untapped and there is no “King” of it yet. Especially not one that meets the accessibility AND the quality for a price that isn’t too high but isn’t exactly cheap either. It’s a hell of a balancing act. If you ask me, wait until the NEXT Nintendo console comes out or is announced with specs. If it’s a hybrid like the switch, I’d say give it up. I have people all at work with switches on lunch breaks. All the...
Damn man. Crazy how much money is in medicine. It’s no way we don’t have a CURE for cancer by now. She’s young and cancer takes them even younger.
Man…. I been playing the old PSVR to really make sure I am properly gauging the differences when I get the new one on launch day- making sure the old one is fresh in my mind. You know what really is sucky about the Zenimax acquisition by Microsoft? No Elder Scrolls VR.
Who knows, this may have never happened anyway with the next game. IF you have played it though… not some mod, the official elder scrolls VR… it is some of the most amazing VR action you can have. Sitting in...
You are really comparing timed exclusives to BUYING THE PARENT COMPANY. You do realize that timed exclusives started on NES vs Sega Master system huh? You do realize EVERY company did timed content starting in the 360 Era right? Kojima is working in a game for just Xbox as we speak the same way he did Death stranding for PlayStation. Those deals have been happening forever. This is purchasing the PARENT company to permanently keep titles off other systems. Not a game or DLC for 3 months, 6 mo...
Like I said and the FTC too for that matter, Microsoft bought up these companies to 1) Stop them from coming on PlayStation consoles and 2) Actually have exclusives come out (that everyone would have got otherwise) AND make them available on gamespass so it would be more attractive than the creativity starved first party titles it would have been drip fed. Now they overnight have games that were years in the making coming out.
Its mileage will definitely vary. But games that didn’t have online suddenly had online. Of course connections matter, but everyone I did it with was fine. Even beat final fight double impact on the hardest difficulty online with it even though the game has no online. The PS+ requirement is no big deal. If you’re interested in playing anything online you would already have plus. Also that hour was nbd. Close SharePlay, start it again, and boom. Continue the game in like 15 seconds. By passing...
@Aloy
I’m with you all day and twice on Sundays but this time, it has no choice but to be different. It’s nothing he’s doing or anyone at Xbox is doing to make it happen either. If Chevy bought Ford that 2024 mustang was always coming in 2024. Chevy has nothing to do with that, it’s just now it’ll have a Chevy symbol. They had been making it since 2017, before the purchase.
Same deal here. Games are definitely coming to Xbox and this time, for the first time since...
@Divo
I hope you’re kidding. There is NOTHING Nintendo online can do that Microsoft online can’t. This is the result of some deal that we aren’t privy to the information. If the online will be added late or something is one thing but even then, it will have fizzed out by then. This is simply a missed opportunity.
So no online AND it’s going to cost ya. If they asking for anything over $10 (and that’s still kinda high as multiplayer is what put this game on the map, not single player) then they are banking heavy on nostalgia to drive your hand than common sense. I still have my 64 (3 actually) AND Goldeneye 64. I’m good.
Also, it kinda highlights how cool SharePlay is on PS4 & now 5. Even though it’s a offline multiplayer game, you could “pass a controller” to an online friend an...
Day one. I HAVE to get Firewall ultra. Pavlov will probably be my second PSVR 2 shooter.
