You do realize Xbox had exclusive marketing rights for this game AAAND it’s on gamespass…. I’m pretty sure the PlayStation wasn’t the primary system, that’s not where the money was coming from. What they didn’t do, however, was let Xbox development hold them back.

It’s super weird man. The ONLY places they could improve is I’d like to have the VR view to begin DURING the countdown to race and possibly a seat height adjustment. To be honest it could be an option, I haven’t looked. It’s basically perfect so I haven’t even been bothered enough to make that much of an effort.
I’m Gran Turismo I’ve always finished all the license trials before even playing the game. All gold is all I do. In this game it was some that I simply could not get gold on. Several tries and I could only get gold or bronze. Go to those trials in VR and guess what? Gold, gold, gold, first try every time. Maybe second on very few. Gauging distance, the car feel, and everything else is simply a breeze in VR. To borrow a line from digital foundry, it’s transformative.

To be honest Pete, I only set up matches and let the cpu fight on the hardest difficulty. It’s a cool game but I realized a LONG time ago that that was my favorite thing to do on wrestling games so I stopped buying them. 2K didn’t even give the PS5 version.

I’m in the unfortunate group. So what’s happening from day one for me is in the menus everything works great. When you get in a game the left controller MAY work, may not. If it DOES WORK then it will stop working if you go to the UI at any point. If it doesn’t work then you need to put a pin in the hole by L2 to reset it while in game. Then it will work again. Yep! GT7 is exactly what I’ve been playing while I’m waiting for a patch or a coffin box. Whichever comes first. How easy license test are with the VR is amazing. Literally driving the HELL out of the cars.
