Nothing about this game looks interesting to be honest. Maybe it will look more fun in an actual gamers hands.
I mean… you’re not going to die if you don’t upgrade… but I thought I’d FEEL like I was if I didn’t so mine is showing that it shipped as of 2am yesterday!
I got my confirmation and charged 2 or so days ago but I still can’t see any tracking information. I just want to see what day it’ll be here.
Day one. Almost there. All I can look at is PSVR2 related things. Need the beat saber update day soon. Horizon call of the mountain is getting nothing but praise and that’s the bundle I got. Charging station so keeping my controllers charged is no problem. Ease of connecting and disconnecting the headset will have me actually storing my headset back in the box after use. The Gran Turismo update on the 21st and looking to get Demeo and one other game at launch. Leaning to Kayak VR but Switchba...
Word life? Wordddd lyffffe!
Sheesh. First Joel, then they were going for Kratos… Drake, Ratchet, and any other successful PlayStation character better keep their heads down.
You clearly never analyzed P&L.
**GP is more expensive than that. It’s like $15. Your example would show sales/subscription dollars roughly. That is cool and all, but there’s a reason some types of business like grocery stores are called a penny business. First we should break down your $15 sub. How much goes to each game/Dev that got downloaded and played over a certain amount of time in the pay period. (We will assume it’s monthly lump sums) That $15 gets split up between ALL...
I’ve never heard of the game. That being said those are perfect games for subscription services like gamespass or similar. Even without a ton of advertising if people try the game you get something. Not what you’d get from a sale, but something. If you have no faith in your title to sell, put it on there. If the game ends up catching on & it exceeds expectations then you LOSE money. Point is, this makes sense and is perfect for it.
Man I don’t care what anyone says, the vita doing that bad is nothing short of insanity. I loved my vita, but I guess nobody else did.
Still couldn’t beat a new Zelda.
Anytime a new Zelda game releases the game of the year winner is decided. I don’t care WHAT comes out. Sony and Microsoft could combine and release Gears of Killzone: Uncharted Halo Edition and it wouldn’t stand a chance.
Gotta pay for the purchases! Sucks but I called it a long time ago. The investors, stock holders, big wigs, so on want to know when they will get the money back. Microsoft has plenty of money, no doubt. However when a company spends they also want to know the return. Zenimax was not free. You have +60 billion sitting in a holding tank. Do you wait until the deal goes through to start working on repayment? Nope. That money is considered gone. Probably expected this deal to go through a long ti...
Man…. Sony sold 7.1 million PS5s in quarter 3 alone. Keep in mind they sold 11 million total in the 21’ fiscal year. When they said the production issues have been cleared up they were not kidding. People started buying PS5s in droves…
When you find out this guy has been lying, yet again, what do you do? The spin will be insane on this topic.
@Stanjara
It’s exactly like that. Sony does have tiers, as does Nintendo. Thing is they both have classics that people actually want to play. On top of that Sony didn’t destroy PlayStation Plus offerings to make it feel inadequate unlike the obvious difference in Games with Gold. Try as you might to name a Microsoft “Classic” it is basically impossible. I loved Fable. Is it a classic? That being said, how can Microsoft tier things in a way to drive more revenue? Exactly wha...
Again. These guys are not trying to improve the industry. They are not interested in innovation NOR experiences. Lying about its effect on themselves and lying about its effect on the industry. Games like COD would gain nothing by being on gamespass. It could only lose. All that revenue from actual sales to be recycled through the company and reinvested, out the window. This isn’t me saying this, it’s finally Microsoft. Buying Zenimax and removing a revenue stream from ElderScrolls or Fallout...
Gamepass is literally the cure all. They didn’t need exclusives because of GP. Didn’t need engaging single player because of GP. Didn’t need to match sales with PlayStation because GP is on Xbox AND PC. I guess that’s why the scrapped the augmented reality thing they were working on. They knew GP was coming and would cripple its relevancy.
This will get bought first then! Thanks Neon. Depending on the timeframe between launches.
@Z2g
Missed the point completely there chief.
I got my confirmation and date (22nd) showing for the charging station. The headset itself has been in “shipped-processing” status since last Friday. I’m like dang can I see the date? I was in the first round of preorders. Whenever it does get here, I’m ready. Going to go update everything and try to get over this cold.
