FYI: The PS3 hardware is also greatly outdated.
Should be interesting if the Wii 2 launches and becomes the more powerful console of the three...I wonder how the crying will happen then? :P

It won't release for $299. It will be higher almost guaranteed...unless they really do lower many of the specs to keep the cost in line.

Regardless how BF3 does in sales compared to MW3, you already know based on what we have seen and early news about both games...which game is of better quality and which is just a rehash.....
The release of the Xbox720 or PS4 will be mostly determined how successful the Wii2 is. If the Wii2 turns out to be substantially more powerful than the Xbox360 and PS3 and sales are strong, MS and Sony will bump up their release time lines.

More hype for a mediocre game now. Until Activision starts to change things with this game, nothing has changed.
MW3 has ALL Scripted destruction. Has no real time effects. The majority of destruction in BF3 is UNSCRIPTED and in real time with its entire lighting engine. All the destruction in MW3 is SCRIPTED. Most lighting is pre baked.
Huge difference.
You don't have to be rich to build a gaming rig that will play all games out now in high detail.

Did you say this about DRE design flaw with the PS2 and did you say this about the PS1 with it's over heating disk drives that warped the plastic design flaw and made games unplayable? And so many revisions of both console systems?
