BF3 will not out sell Cod. We all know this.
The better quality product by far from what we have seen from both games is BF3.
BF3 also requires more skill to play and therefore the game won't be adopted by the masses of 12 year olds. Which imo is a good thing.

In the end if you improve in one area of a game on these consoles, you have to take away from another area because of small amounts of RAM, Bandwidth and processing limitations.
