That's a terrible take.
It really doesn't. Several Rockstar employees, when asked about whether gamers should boycott RDR2 as a gesture of solidarity towards the devs, they basically said hell, no. They worked their asses off on this game, they want people to buy it and enjoy it, they don't want all that effort go to waste. Plus, they get a bonus depending on the sales, so more sales actually help them.
That said, they also stated that one way you can help them is to keep the discussion go...
No, it wasn't. Unless you want to believe the word of Rockstar's management and the word of employees that were "allowed" to speak freely about their time there without any fear of retaliation, which nobody with any common sense would believe.
Look up Kotaku's most recent article about the culture of crunch inside Rockstar Games, and you will see that this situation is far from being debunked. Unless you are one of the many people on this site that hat...
The MT's are coming when Red Dead Online hits. Did you forget GTAV online?
Don't get surprised if they introduce loot boxes there as well.
Kotaku has never done numbered reviews. Are you going to complaint every time a Kotaku review is posted here? It's just the way they do it. If you don't like that philosophy, it's fine; there's hundreds of gaming websites out there that have, in fact, numbers in their reviews. Why complain about the outlier?
You're understanding it wrong.
He says that:
1. It's the best written review he's ever read and
2. It's one of the best written anything he's ever read. Not just reviews, but generally speaking.
Starfox is already in Starlink. Plus, Samus Aran would make way more sense for a cameo in the Halo universe.
At this point, it would be more likely that Microsoft pays Nintendo to include their character on Smash. Lol. Trust me, it's Nintendo doing a favor to Microsoft, not the other way around.
True, but tell me Nintendo wouldn't be capable of infusing the studio with developers with actual expertise to work on Rare's vast stable of IPs.
I'd get more excited for a Battletoads or RC Pro Am game if it was published by Nintendo as opposed to Microsoft. It's no coincidence that Rare's games started to become shit right after Microsoft bought them, whereas they seemed like they couldn't do wrong and made amazing game after amazing game when they...
It's going to have a huge debut regardless of whether this leak is real or not. It's Smash. One of Nintendo's best selling IPs.
Mario being a plumber offends me. Please cease using him. It assumes all italians are plumbers.
Wow, that is some major bullshit.
Yes, just like the PS4 has great graphics compared to the PS3 which released 7 years before. Not sure what your point is here. Also, Switch was released on March of last year, so, 5 years and change after the Vita. Not 7.
As for your second point, well duh. Switch is a portable console first, so of course its graphic capabilities won't be anywhere close to traditional home consoles. It's barely 1/8th the size of a PS4... what do you expect?
He said sometimes. Which it does, depending on the individual.
For you, it doesn't. For other people, it does.
Thus, your "never" claim is false.
People have lives outside their offices, dude. It doesn't matter one bit if the work is physical or not; every extra hour you spend in the office is an hour you don't spend with your girlfriend, wife, kids, dogs, friends, or just alone at home happily scratching your balls watching some shit show in Netflix. Everyone has a right to work to live, not live to work.
Of course, it doesn't help at all that apparently the law in the U.S isn't really designed to se...
An enjoyable story, solid gameplay and a respectable solution to the pitfalls of the toys-to-life concept make for a surprisingly good experience no matter how you play
The problem with Star Fox Zero was the 2 screen focus. Porting it to Switch would mean eliminating that, and it probably would be a much better game as a result. The actual game was pretty damn good, but it suffered big time due to the 2 screen controls, which is a bad design choice for a fast paced action game.
@HusbandAndWifeGaming
The DS, the freakin' DS, which came out in 2004 or 2005 (don't remember exactly), had voice chat.
The Switch is more than capable. Stop making excuses in behalf of Nintendo, they half-assed it and we shouldn't just accept it and move on. When people complain about something in big enough numbers, companies take notice. Just look at Sony and crossplay as a recent example.
Yeah, my hands cramp like hell after a while of playing in handheld mode, too.
Then again, that happens to me with any portable console. Playing my 3DS for hours on end murdered my hands, lol. Switch is at least better than that.
I am. I miss those days where I could just insert a cartridge and BAM!.... no wait, it's borked, gimme a second *takes out cartridge, shakes it up fiercely, blows onto it like a maniac, then carefully and sloooowly inserts it barely touching the pins, boots the game with fingers crossed and...* YES IT'S RUNNING NOW
Ok, it took a few tries, but not 1.5 hours. Lol.
Seriously now, I'm a married dude with a kid and very, very little time. I could ...
